Studi literatur ini untuk menganalisis kesulitan belajar online yang dihadapi oleh guru dan siswa ESP selama pandemi Covid-19. Remote Teaching and Learning (RTL) menjadi pilihan bagi guru dan mahasiswa S1 untuk menjadi individu yang mandiri dan kreatif. Untuk membangun iklim belajar yang mantap, pekerjaan inovasi sangat penting untuk latihan di rumah. Oleh karena itu, artikel yang bermanfaat ini bermaksud untuk memperkenalkan kombinasi aplikasi lanjutan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris Bisnis untuk mahasiswa S1 yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran ESP. Target pembelajaran difokuskan pada guru, siswa, orang tua dan universitas. Terkait dengan teknologi yang digunakan; Google Classroom, Zoom, Edmodo, Brainly, Canva, dan Cisco Webex telah dipilih untuk mewajibkan pengalaman yang berkembang dengan memikirkan tentang kinerja inspiratif dan komunikatifnya. Terlepas dari kenyataan bahwa, hambatan, menyelidiki elemen-elemen inovasi untuk tujuan instruktif berkontribusi untuk memperkuat pengembangan profesional guru, terutama strategi pembelajaran.
This study aims to find out the influence of role-playing methods on communication skills in children in TK Labschool IKIP PGRI Jember. This type of research is Class Action Research (PTK) which consists of two cycles. Each cycle through the steps of Planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This study focused on A2 group of 15 children. The results of this study revealed that children's communication skills have changed significantly in a positive direction. This can be seen from the change in average grades of students who increase and have a score of four stars (capable), cycle I grades get four stars (capable)13.3% and cycle II average score of 86.6% so it can be stated that role playing methods can improve the communication skills of children of group A2 in Labschool IKIP PGRI Jember. In conclusion, the method of playing the role of efektfif improves the communication ability of children in TK PGRI Jember significantly. The research aims at finding out the correlation between teachers' friendly attitude and students' speaking achievement. The sample of this research was class VIII A consist of 35 students of SMPT Madinatul Ulum Cangkring Kecamatan Jenggawah, Jember. The research was a correlational research which was attempting to find out the correlation between two variables, teachers' friendly attitude and students' speaking achievement. The statistical description of the two variables was conducted before calculating the score into Pearson product moment formula. Based on the data analysis, it was found that rxy0.677 was higher than r table 0.349 with significant level 0.05 or 5 % and df 33. Therefore, if rxy was higher than r table, it can be concluded that there was a positive correlation between teachers' friendly attitude and students' speaking achievement. The correlation indicated a high-strong correlation between the two variables.
The research aims at knowing and finding whether or not the application of four corner debate is effective to improve students' speaking skill at the eighth grade students of SMP Jamaluddin Ar-Rumi Jatisari Jenggawah Jember in academic year 2016/2017. The population of the study was 78 students with the number of sample 31 students in class VIII B. The research was a pre-experimental research in which only one class which was treated using the technique. The data collection was administered through conducting speaking test and scored students performance. Afterwards the scores were converted to the school passing grade and then calculated in paired t-test. The result showed some data including students' average score in pretest and posttest. The average score in pretest was 67.59 and 76.15 in posttest. It indicated an improvement for 8.65 points. The result of paired t-test calculation was 8.61 and the t-table score was 1.697with 0.05 significance level of score and DF 31 (32-1). The score analysis indicated that the t-test score was higher than the t-table score. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was approved which means the application of four corner debate in the classroom is effective to teach English speaking to the eighth grade students of SMP Jamaluddin Ar-Rumi Jatisari Jenggawah Jember in academic year 2016/2017.
