Ketersediaan air bersih berkelanjutan adalah bagian upaya mewujudkan kesejahteraan umum dan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Pandemi menyadarkan kita perlunya aspek perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat untuk meminimalisir potensi penyebarluasan Covid-19. Berdasarkan data Survei Indonesia Water Institute tahun 2021, tingkat konsumsi air bersih sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19 khusus untuk cuci tangan meningkat secara signifikan hampir 3 kali lipat. Jumlah air yang tinggi pada musim penghujan tidak sebanding dengan kesempatan penyerapan air ke dalam tanah. Air hujan yang mengalir di permukaan tanah yang tidak terkendali berpotensi menyebabkan bencana sehingga dibutuhkan manajemen air yang terpadu agar tercipta keseimbangan dalam pemanfaatan air. Salah satu cara mewujudkannya adalah dengan menerapkan konsep panen air hujan (rainwater harvesting) yang dilaksanakan bersama masyarakat di mushola Baiturrahman Kelurahan Tegalsari Kecamatan Walantaka Kota Serang. Sosialisai kegiatan melalui pendekatan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dengan mengajak masyarakat untuk ikut berpartisipasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian diantaranya 1) pembuatan alat pemanenan air hujan untuk alternatif kebutuhan air bersih cuci tangan dan desain alat yang direkomendasikan 2) implementasi teknologi rainwater harvesting 3) publikasi media massa 4) hak cipta. Indikator keberhasilan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang strategi pembangunan kota berkelanjutan dengan daur ulang air hujan menjadi air baku (water circulating complex) dan ikut berperan langsung dalam memasyarakatkan gerakan nasional kemitraan penyelamatan air (GNKPA).
Tersedianya air bersih bagi masyarakat khususnya wilayah pedesaan mampu mendorong masyarakat lebih kreatif, produktif, serta meningkatkan perekonomian desa. Prasarana air bersih belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh masyarakat yang tinggal di Desa Tejamari, Kabupaten Serang. Akses penyediaan air bersih yang berpihak dan terjangkau khususnya bagi masyarakat dengan ekonomi rendah yang masih terbatas menggerakkan tim untuk melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk bersama-sama mencari solusi permasalahan. Kegiatan ini merupakan studi awal program perwujudan infrastruktur desa dengan menemukan alternatif sumber air bersih. Berdasarkan aset serta potensi yang dimiliki desa setempat dan metode pendekatan asset-based community development, survei potensi dilakukan dengan objeknya yaitu Mata Air Cibojong. Berdasarkan hasil survei awal, diperoleh data debit sebesar 0,34 liter/detik. Data tersebut digunakan sebagai dasar dalam merencanakan sistem jaringan air bersih berupa bangunan penangkap mata air (PMA) dengan kapasitas tampung 5 m 3 dan dua unit hidran umum (HU) komunal yang mampu menyuplai kebutuhan air bersih secara kontinu berkapasitas 60 liter/orang/hari untuk kebutuhan 30-60 kepala keluarga dengan teknik gravitasi.

One of them is innovation whose activities are spread across each region in the city of Bandung is the Bandung Champion Assessment Information System (SIP), which is a program built to assess the performance results of each camat and lurah in public service, the implementation of evaluation is measured based on the results of the activity report uploaded to the SIP Bandung Champion website, camat and lurah evaluation activities have several stages to get the final results of the assessment. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the Evaluation of The Bandung Champion Assessment Information System (SIP) Program in the Governance Section of the Bandung City Regional Secretariat to know. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are used with literature studies, observations, documents and interviews. To measure the evaluation of SIP program Bandung Champion researchers use the Program Evaluation Theory which has indicators Of Evaluation Context, Evaluation Input, Evaluation Process, Product Evaluation (CIPP). This research, that the evaluation of the Bandung Champion SIP Program has problems in performance has not been maximal, citizen assessment activities are not realized.
The clean water crisis began to emerge recently in the city of Bandung, especially when the water supply did not meet the needs of the residents, resulting in turmoil. Not only users and the government, but also PDAM as a provider are in trouble. Itinerant traders are also experiencing difficulties because demand continues to soar, while water sources are limited. According to Geodesy Expert from the Bandung Institute of Technology, Heri Andreas, Bandung is already experiencing a clean water crisis and currently the condition is getting worse. Without the intervention of the Government and Regional Governments in managing access to clean water, it is certain that the fate of big cities will have the potential for social conflict due to access to clean water.Springs as one of the shared water sources require management that includes mutual understanding and rules, service management and continuous maintenance. Increasing the Capacity of Kopasti to Manage Clean Water from Springs in Pasirjati Village, Ujungberung District, Bandung City through socialization, training and facilitation is expected to provide solutions faced by partners, especially with regard to opening a common understanding of the need for conservation efforts, protection of springs and management of archive administration and facilitation of work facilities.
