To determine specific aspects of the influence of components of ore mining enterprises' production potential (evi dence from the PJSC "Kryvyi Rih Iron Ore Works") on financial efficiency of their activities and to establish a successful manage ment strategy under local and global competitive conditions considering impacts of technological trends. Methodology. Modeling and comparative analysis of econometric models of production potential development with and with out considering scientific and technological progress factors, applying best practices of forecasting an enterprise's financial results. findings. Additive and multiplicative models of influence of key components of production potential on the enterprise's finan cial activity results in Kryvyi Rih region are developed, and efficiency of these models is analyzed. Special attention is paid to sci entific and technological progress impacts on efficiency of the enterprise's activities, and specificity of the impact is considered when developing the program of strategic development of the enterprise. originality. The econometric modeling apparatus is applied for the first time to study impacts of production potential factors on efficiency of financial activities of a Kryvyi Rih region enterprise considering scientific and technological progress factors. The results are subject to detailed economicmathematical analysis and the built models are used for forecasting. practical value. The results obtained during the study are of practical value for managing large iron ore enterprises and can be used by them when developing strategic plans of managing their financial and operational activities.

Purpose. Establishing systemic interregional manufacturing relations, analysis of corporate characteristics of production sys tems, formation of applied scientific and methodological support.Methodology. The tools of economic and mathematical modeling for the purpose of analyzing and assessing characteristics of the main regional indicators are formed. Economic and social indicators that are relevant for the regional distribution of resources are analyzed. At the level of individual production systems, structural transformation aims to increase the efficiency of concentra tion of resources in subdivisions with higher returns. A prerequisite for the formation of rational management decisions is a thor ough, qualitative analysis of complex production systems, availability of resources and their distribution.findings. Systemic interregional relations, corporate characteristics of production systems are determined, which allowed identifying clusters according to the determined indicators and proving rationality of application of the models, determining effi ciency of regional allocation of resources.originality. Innovative approach to the formation of cluster and index modeling harmonization techniques allowed appropriate analysis for effective managerial recommendations.Practical value. The practical experience of using the proposed methodology proved its effectiveness in making rational man agement decisions in order to ensure economic growth of the regions. The clusters are formed and index models are created which are the basis for further research on developing multifactor regression models and forecasting models.

The article examines the features, current trends and methods of organizing international economic operations in Ukraine under martial law. The main properties inherent in the implementation of foreign economic transactions by the subjects of economic relations are identified. The documentary aspects of registration of such operations taking into account changes in the legislation in the operational period are analyzed. Also the tendencies of changes of the basic economic indicators of activity of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law are investigated and priority criteria of creation of reserves of economic durability for the enterprises-participants of the international economic operations are revealed, parameters that affect the effectiveness of these operations at both internal and external levels of economic activity are identified. As a result of the study, it was found that the key role in modern conditions to restore the effectiveness of foreign economic activity is the state and its mechanisms of legislative regulation. Recommendations on the formation of a strategy for post-war recovery of Ukraine's foreign economic potential and methods to increase the attractiveness of foreign economic activity with the assistance of state institutions at various levels of government are also provided.
