This article is devoted to the actual problem of reproductive health of married couple with urogenital infections in anamnesis.The review of modern research summarizes the theoretical and statistical data of recent years. It was considered the contemporary ideas about the etiopathogenesis of male and female infertility, namely the effects of transmitted urogenital infections on the occurrence of disorders in the female and male genitourinary systems. The attention is paid to the analysis of the complications of further planned pregnancy in the couple with the urogenital infections in anamnesis.
