Institutional dynamics refers to understudied processes both in economic theory and in economic practice. There is a lack of systematic knowledge on the composition, structure, and functioning of the basic socioeconomic institutions exactly of the investment process, therefore, the purpose of the paper lies in the study of institutional support for attracting investments in the agrarian sector of the economy. Methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of research is the dialectical method of cognition and systematic approach through which there are theoretical and methodological foundations of strategic innovation institutes of the agricultural market. The results showed that the institutional environment of investment provision of the agrarian sector of the economy includes, on the one hand, agricultural producers with relevant on-farm structural units, managers, professionals, organizers of production and economic processes; in rural areas; local authorities and government; and on the other, a set of functionally competent institutions (legal, scientific, educational, informational, financial, controlling, deliberative, etc.). Each of these institutions has a corresponding purpose, socio-economic relevance, and is an integral part of this system. Practical implications. The studied institutions create incentives for the development of science and education, encourage the mobility of production factors, facilitate the transfer of scientific and technical information and the introduction of new technologies, promoting entrepreneurship and innovation. Conversely, inefficient institutions reduce the potential level of well-being, reduced reliability assurance of property rights and enforce contracts. Value/originality. The increasing importance of the institutional environment of investment provision of the agrarian sector of the economy gives an opportunity to define the latter as an important intangible factor in the development of agriculture and society as a whole, which creates the necessary conditions for transformation and development of the agrarian sector. The formation of a modern institutional environment should include a system of regulators, which would provide favourable conditions for attracting domestic and foreign investment, further structuring of the economic complex of the agrarian sector, the reduction of regional asymmetries of socio-economic development. How full the institutional environment of individual units of the investment will be depends on the realization of economic and social development priorities of the Ukrainian village.

In the present circumstances, increasing of the motor transport enterprises efficiency contributes to the growth of its own competitiveness, has a significant influence on the competitiveness of their counterparties and the general level of competitiveness of the country's economy too. Therefore, the issue of improving the methods of evaluation of motor transport enterprises efficiency and search for new approaches of measuring of their investment potential is relevant. The purpose of the article is to develop economic and mathematical methods for evaluation of motor transport enterprise investment potential. The approach to generalizing the system of indicators for evaluation of motor transport enterprise investment potential was developed in the article. Procedure for conducting an investment potential analysis is based on the calculation of qualitative and quantitative indicators of the efficiency of motor transport enterprises activity. Function of desirable is the main tool of this methodological approach, that is complemented by the integrated coefficient calculation and using an objective-structural approach to reduce the subjectivity of non-formalized indicators. The proposed integrated indicator of the motor transport enterprise investment potential level gives an opportunity to comprehensively approach to an activity efficiency and enterprise management evaluation and identify the individual processes that need to be improved. Realization of the developed measures gives an opportunity to increase the overall efficiency of a motor transport enterprise management and increase its investment attractiveness for potential investors.

Проведено аналіз ринку вантажних перевезень та оцінено місце автомобільного транспорту в ньому. Визначено, що він є неоднорідним і може бути сегментований шляхом виділення перевезень на різні відстані.

The question of efficiency of transport systems is one of the actual questions of present time. Performing the duty from moving loads and providing the various blessing for an economy and population, transport become a source of the strongest contamination of environment simultaneously. Accordingly, to the basic task of "green" logistic, which consists in balancing of ecological and economic problems, in determination of optimal decisions at that at unchanging (or near to them) charges it is sorry inflicted by transport it will be an environment. The studies about a factor is undertaken in the article, that influence on efficiency of transport systems of cities, especially from the point of view of ecological constituent, and mathematical model have built, that allows to put and decide the task of forming and optimizations of functioning of transport systems of cities. Realizable practical development of complex algorithms that give an opportunity to expect the parameters of transpor- ecological processes, that is optimized with the aim of reduction of ecological contamination of city. Influence of a transport factor on the environment of city is considered on the example of city Mykolaiv, that has the wide, powerful system of transport, permanent freight and passenger streams and middle level of ecological contamination. For the complex decision of transport- ecological problems cities are applied approach is built on a pine methods of the dynamic programming and imitation design. His application does possible to put a task to optimization of functions of traffic control on the backbone network of transport highways with the different degree of working out on detail of municipal.
