The sectional design of a flat shutter with an electric drive has lower energy characteristics and improved operational and technological indicators compared to the existing ones for hydraulic structures and channels. The use of linear asynchronous electric motors in linear electric drives allows to simplify the design and reduce material consumption. Modeling of linear induction motors with various designs of the secondary element is carried out on the basis of detailed equivalent circuits for electric and magnetic circuits. Coating a massive or serrated secondary element with a layer of non-magnetic material can increase the traction performance of a linear motor. Comparison of the results of numerical modeling and physical experiments of linear induction motors with various secondary element designs for a sectional flat shutter is the most effective shielded ferromagnetic secondary element.
Electromechanized technological equipment of hydrotechnical constructions is a complex of installations and devices designed to extract water, improve its quality, delivery and distribution between water consumers. Among the problems facing the country’s agribusiness, an important place is occupied by the integrated electro mechanization and automation of technological processes, increasing the operational reliability, efficiency and productivity of machinery and equipment.
Currently, the shortage of water in our country is growing. This means that we must support every drop of water. At the same time, water management systems in advanced economies are used to measure and monitor water flow and water meters with different designs. Existing measurement and control systems have some drawbacks in energy saving. Therefore, the issue of improving water and energy saving water flow devices and rights management levels was considered.
The work is devoted to the study of a power transformer based on chromatographic analysis of dissolved gases in oil. Data were obtained on dissolved gases (hydrogen, methane, ethane, methylene, acetylene) of power oil transformers of various brands with operation for more than 30 years. Particular attention is paid to the graphical presentation of the results of chromatographic analysis of the oil. As a result, the probable expected defects of power transformers were determined. Studies have shown that power transformers need immediate repair based on their assessment. Timely repair of power oil transformers allows increasing their durability and reliability of power supply to consumers.
Currently, we live in a world where all fields are developing very rapidly. In particular, the field of water management is developing day by day, and the water supply system is being intelligent automated. Nevertheless, mechanical means and human labor are used to monitor the water level in many water management facilities of our region. This situation causes many problems in the automatic management of the system. In this article, we will consider the process of automating the measurement and control of water level, that is, an automated system that helps to know when the water in the tank is full or empty. In the automation of this system, an ultrasonic sensor that meets the requirements of the time was used. The working principle of ultrasonic sensors is based on the movement of ultrasonic waves over time. The analysis of the results of this experiment showed that the water level measurement and control system did not make more than 1.5% error in different values of the water level. This situation showed that the developed system can be effectively used in all water level control facilities.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
