The article considers the problem of reasonability and efficacy of using extracorporeal hemocorrection methods in the intensive treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. A clinical case of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome treatment with continuous venove-nous hemodiafiltration in a patient with severe polytrauma is presented.
