Burns (combustio) - tissue damage arising from thermal, chemical, electrical or radiation exposure. Burn disease – a complex violation of the organs and systems, developing due to extensive burns. The cause of burn disease is the loss of all types of the skin functions, loss of plasma, the collapse of red blood cells, as well as metabolic disorders. The probability of development, severity, and prognosis in this pathology are determined by the age of the patient, the General condition of his body and some other factors, but the leading role is played by the area of the lesion. 500 thousand animals are burned according to statistics in Russia for the year, and as a rule, mortality among burned animals is more than 11%. Treatment includes antibiotic therapy, infusion, and detoxification therapy, correction of all organs and systems. Treatment of burns of the first and second degree is most often limited to the local use of drugs that reduce pain sensitivity, promote faster tissue regeneration and help prevent infection, which leads to lengthening of healing processes and other complications. In the case of third and fourth-degree burns, regular thorough cleaning of the affected areas is also necessary, sometimes surgical intervention is required. Today, burns are widespread, so the search for effective treatments remains relevant. In this paper, we describe the etiology, pathogenesis of burns of small pets, the definition of the most effective and cost-effective method of treatment. The task of the research was also to determine the degree of burns and diagnosis of burns.
The obtained results indicate the influence of the feeding area of potato micro-plants on the number of mini-tubers of promising varieties. In the experiments, micro-plants were placed in pots as follows: one plant in a pot with a nutritional area of 380 cm2, two plants in a pot - 190 cm2, three plants - 127 cm2, plants - 95 cm2. It was noted that with a decrease in the area of plant nutrition, the height of plants increased, as well as the number of tubers obtained from one plant. The study of the fractional composition of tubers showed that in order to obtain the maximum number of mini-tubers of potatoes, the most valuable fraction for further planting is not recommended to place one plant in a pot. Varieties reacted differently to the density of micro-plantings. For example, Gulliver and meteor varieties have an optimal feeding area for one plant to form tubers of the optimal fraction of 190 cm2, Zumba and Samba – 127 cm2, Reggae and Courtney – 95 cm2. In the salsa variety, there were no differences in this trait between variants with a feeding area of 95 to 190 cm2.
When feeding of pigs is organized it is necessary to take into account physiological patterns of development that affect both productivity and reproductive qualities which are based on metabolism. This study considers and investigates the use of Provimi protein-vitamin-mineral supplements (PVMS) in the system of livestock technological modernization. Morphological and biochemical parameters of blood were studied in the control and experimental groups using generally accepted standardized methods. The results were processed using the program STATGU1.XLS. In the course of experimental work, the composition and nutritional value of feeding pigs within 60 days after weaning and 210 days of fattening were evaluated. The influence of Provimi products on their growth, development and metabolism was studied, which is judged by the state of morphobiochemical parameters of blood in the dynamics of growth of animals.The use of PVMS of the aforementioned company has had a positive effect on the growth dynamics as evidenced by an average daily body-weight increase of animals of the experimental group compared to the test one by more than 30%.
