The aim of the study is to investigate the motives of industrial and trade capital in agricultural sector and the consequences of "holdingization" of an agriculture as well as to substantiate main components of the institutional and legal environment aimed at preventing globalization of land use in national agriculture. The following methods were used: monographic (analysis of the distribution of agricultural enterprises by the area of agricultural land); comparative analysis (features of globalization processes in land use); empirical (on a comprehensive assessment of social and environmental consequences of the concentration of large tracts of agricultural land in hands of agroholdings); abstractlogical. Due to the weakness of state structures in Ukraine, the lack of their position on the type of farming as the basis of the agricultural system, unregulated circulation of agricultural land is developing of quasi-agroholding commercial structure of production, accompanied by global transformation of agricultural land use, soil-depleting, intensification of migration and other negative processes. It requires the state regulation of the distribution of agricultural land between economic entities, restricting access to land of non-agricultural companies and greening of land use, which together is an important factor in preventing of the formation of oligarchic-latifundist management system in agriculture of Ukraine.
The purpose of this paper is to create an economic-mathematical model for evaluation of effectiveness and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in all forms of economy of Ukraine in the context of sustainable development. The analysis is based on data from State Statistics Service of Ukraine, study of German system of criteria for sustainable agriculture, as well as rules of agriculture in Germany and Europe "Cross Compliance" and a system of indicators GRI. An economic-mathematical model is developed which serves for comparison of different agricultural enterprises with each other. Research results showed that agricultural enterprises can be competitive in the long run only if they pay enough attention to the impact of their activities on the environment and society.
The aim of the study is to clarify what factors and how exactly to act in market research in the transition economy of Ukraine. The hypothesis raised is the conduct of market research in a transition economy is affected by factors related to global economic trends, the state of development of marketing theory and market research in the world and in Ukraine. Their study was carried out through the use of general scientific methods of abstraction, a systematic approach to the study of socioeconomic processes and the participation of relevant theoretical concepts. Among the most relevant results is that the analysis confirms our hypothesis that the conduct of market research in the underdeveloped oligarchic transitive economy of Ukraine is influenced by three groups of factors related to the trends of the world economy, the state of development of marketing theory and market research, as well as characteristics of the transitive economy. The market research market size calculation is based on certain expert assumptions and may not fully reflect the actual situation. On the other hand, the practice of market research is influenced not only by theoretical developments but also by the state of its market. The result of the investigation makes it possible to take into account the particularities of the type of economy in transition in Ukraine.
The article examines the state policy in the field of health care in the leading European countries: Sweden, Germany and France. The purpose of this article is to analyze and systematize the basic organizational and legal foundations of state health policy in the EU and to develop recommendations for improving and reforming the Ukrainian health care system. The research was carried out in terms of the principles of historicism, objectivity, versatility, complementarity and validity, which created a reliable methodological basis for a comprehensive analysis of the subject. The work used comparative law, formal law, system-structural, classification method, modelling method, specific statistics, historical law and other methods of scientific analysis in accordance with the subject of research. The paper argues that public health policy is unique in each country, and its formation has been influenced by the historical past, political regime, national mentality and other factors. The article emphasizes the need to create a special code of laws in this area in Ukraine during the reform of the health care system, which will contribute to the quality of legal regulation of relations between patients, health care facilities, insurance companies and the state. The authors believe that one of the further directions of reforming the health care system of Ukraine should first of all be the introduction of compulsory state health insurance. It is substantiated that insurance should be carried out on a tripartite basis: deductions from the income of entrepreneurs, deductions from the state budget and insurance premiums. The need to strengthen measures aimed at preventing the occurrence of the disease has been proved.
