Annotation. Purpose: to show the essence and structural components of healthsaving activity of comprehensive educational establishments' leader. Material: conducted an analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources. Results: healthsaving activity of comprehensive educational establishments' leader was conducted. An integral part of leader's management-pedagogical activity directed on creation of healthy environment (physical-subjective, psychologicalcommunicative, educational) of educational establishment. Also floating, saving and strengthening of health of all participants (pupils, pedagogues, parents) of pedagogical process. It was analysed contents of main components (planning, organization, stimulation, control) of healthsaving activity of leader. Conclusions: constant pedagogical monitoring allows to estimate an effectiveness of educational work of establishment according to the degree of achievement of assigned tasks and to make corresponding corrections in a decision of healthsaving questions of pedagogical process participants.
With the aim of determination of the infl uence of Waldorf approaches to the organization of the pedagogical process on the quality of education of Ukrainian junior schoolchildren, the presented experimental research was carried out over the period 2014-2016. Th ird grade schoolchildren of general educational institutions were involved in the experimental research. Th e organizational forms and methods of Waldorf school were implemented. Th ey were: rhythmic organization of the pedagogical process, artistic teaching, limited use of standard textbooks and schoolchildren's work on drawing up their own work notebooks, involvement of art elements in the study of all subjects, diff erentiated exercises for children with diff erent types of temperament, use of active-practical projects, active exercises and games. Th e positive infl uence of Waldorf approaches on the quality of schoolchildren's knowledge (fullness of knowledge and level of their assimilation) and development of their personal-motivational sphere (junior schoolchildren's attitude to learning, levels of their cognitive activity) was detected. An increase in the level of schoolchildren's activity and autonomy in educational-cognitive activity was found. Th e obtained data makes it possible to disseminate Waldorf educational experience for improving the quality of education of junior schoolchildren.
Abstract. Purpose: substantiation of pedagogical conditions of health saving functioning organization of comprehensive educational establishment's headmaster. Material: publications on topic of the research. 50 literature sources have been analyzed. Results: it has been found that pedagogic conditions of effective health saving functioning of comprehensive educational establishment headmaster are: influence of interconnection of district educational administration's teachingmethodic departments; activation of headmaster's personality; understanding of values by headmaster and his acquiring of health related knowledge and knowledge about health saving in process of education; realization of self-education by headmaster; renewal and acquiring of new knowledge and experience, which would ensure personal-professional growth of headmaster and facilitate increase of quality of pupils' education and teaching. Conclusions: self-education provides wide opportunities for improvement of administrative, communicative and reflexive qualities and skills as well as gives proper tools for independent and creative solution of health saving tasks in favor of pedagogic process's subjects.
The technology stages for the implementation of health-preserving activities by the manager of the general educational institution (GEI) were substantiated, namely: orientational (the development of the orientation of the manager of the GEI for the implementation of health-preserving activities, which is facilitated by familiarization of managers with the most important problems and experience of health development through education and comprehensive promotion of teacher training, considering their personal needs and interests); cognitive (strengthening of the epistemological potential of the manager by systematization and generalization of professionally significant knowledge and ideas about the basics of human health and management of its preservation in the process of education); activity-productive (practical actions to plan, ensure, motivate and control the health-preserving of schoolchildren, which requires improvement of the set of skills associated with the implementation of management functions, and involves the use of active-discussion forms and methods of education and self-educational work).
