Abstract. Determination of grading as a modern and progressive mechanism for motivational influence and confirmation of professional competence of employees, based on the implementation of the principles of transparency and fairness. Methodology include methodological, scientific and theoretical analysis of the literature on the problem under study. Based on analysis of the study the main methods of evaluating positions in the organization through grading are highlighted. In particular, there are the main negative (the need for significant investment in the development, implementation and operation; the need for professionals for initial work; procedure for moving between grades causes various problems (organizational, financial, psychological); there is a great probability of subjective approach in the development and evaluation grades) and positive (allows to streamline payroll avoid subjective approach to remuneration; improves handling human resources management etc.) sides of grading. Descriptive levels of job evaluation by factors (Human Resources Management, Independence of the Work, Labor Conditions, Level of Specialized Knowledge, Level of Communication Skills, Complexity and Novelty of Tasks, Cost of Failure) are developed and system of grades is created. The importance of advanced methods of payroll in the modern small and medium-sized businesses and ensuring development of this area with application of state regulation mechanisms are justified. The results obtained are unified and recommended to the state authorities of Ukraine for use in small and medium enterprises.
The paradigm of the professional education program "Clinical Research Management" Aim. To substantiate the need to develop professional management knowledge essential to conduct clinical research in Ukraine, as well as develop the paradigm of the professional education program "Clinical Research Management".Materials and methods. Scientific and statistical publications, as well as the results of a questionnaire survey designed to interview specialists working for medical and scientific institutions were used as research materials; the methods of systematization of theoretical and practical materials, content analysis, generalization of the survey results were applied.Results. The relevance of the professional education program "Clinical Research Management" has been substantiated based on scientific literature and recommendations of professional organizations for conducting clinical studies in healthcare. The questionnaire survey of specialists working for medical and scientific institutions has shown their participation in planning, organizing, and controlling the clinical studies. The results of the survey have demonstrated that a significant part of the specialists is involved directly in the clinical studies at different phases; it actualizes the need for professional knowledge on modern management. The study has revealed that all categories of specialists interviewed create the demand for an advanced training or additional education in the field of management. However, medical specialists and researchers are the most interested in gaining new knowledge. Based on the peculiarities of phases of clinical research the paper develops the main learning outcomes that convey the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to conduct clinical research and assure enhanced quality.Conclusions. Taking into account the urgent need for training the specialists who should be able to carry out clinical research in Ukraine the program for training professional clinical research managers has been offered. After completion, the specialist should be able to organize the clinical trials of new drugs, ensure effective allocation of limited resources, develop and implement the quality management system according to the requirements of current standards, carry out audits and manage risks to assure the appropriate quality of clinical research.
Abstract. The strategic partnership of cooperation is a higher step than conventional relationships. Conditioned by specific interests of the parties, such cooperation is possible between those partners who have mutual territorial claims and have mutual commitment to the territorial integrity. At the same time with many partners (it's quantity is about 20), Ukraine has no simple partnership and cooperation, a lot of them reseived the status of "strategic partners, but often they are not the states, whose national interests in strategic areas correspondes to the current interests of Ukraine. It should be noted that today among the countries that have been declared as the strategic partners of Ukraine, not all of them support national interests in the present. Ukraine, appeared as an independent state, began use new methods of international cooperation, without adequately developed strategy for their use. Some problems facing the country, can be solved, other must be taken into account in determining its development strategy. Therefore, the subject of the research is global and specific problems that consider issues of economic security and partnership in Ukraine in modern conditions. The objective of the paper is to study options for a strategic partnership in Ukraine by improving the institutional mechanism to coordinate the integration processes. The article is based on studies of foreign and domestic scientists. Practical implications. Formation of effective international cooperation of Ukraine in the context of globalization, the choice of strategic partners on the basis of mutually beneficial cooperation. Results. The analysis of Ukraine's cooperation with Russia; the features of the largest modern regional associations; reasonably objective need for Ukraine's integration into the regional associations; recommendations on the necessary measures to accelerate the process of deepening Ukraine's integration with the EU.
