Papua is the largest province in Indonesia. It covers an area of 316,552.6 km2. Papua Province consists of 28 regencies and one city, with a population of 4.03 million in 2020. The main mode of transportation as a link between regions in this province is air transportation, in addition to the development of sea transportation through the Sea Toll program and land transportation with the construction of the Trans Papua Road. This study takes the point of view of the transportation network, especially for air transportation, as the mode of choice backbone of the logistics distribution in the Papua area. Considering these conditions, this study considers that the airport is a logistics node, so it is necessary to inventory the number of airports in Papua Province. The method of this study was the shortest path which was included in a network model for determining the shortest and various routes. It analyzed the answers to questions such as which one will be the shortest, fastest, or cheapest route to go to a location and determined locations for logistics facilities, such as distribution centers and warehouses. The study's results were the object of this research is the airport listed on the website. Analysis of the shortest route between airports in the Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) Route Papua area network produced a distance matrix between airports. It resulted four scenarios of the number of airports and their respective service areas.
Public minivans are now still available in Jembrana. However, it is undeniable that the number of private vehicles escalating and the nodes of transportation not properly functioning have led to a decrease in the use of public minivans. Therefore, it is essential to research the area coverage of passenger bags (the potential area of concentrated passengers) to determine the level of minivan scope based on people's walkability. The present research aims to figure out the factors and the distance that may influence people's walkability (as a ground to determine an area coverage). Some methods of analyzing the data, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), were employed to find out potential factors. The factors became the basis of the analysis in which biner logistic regression was applied to determine the walking distance and the scenario to increase people's walkability. A circular buffer was implemented to decide public minivan stops in terms of passenger bags based on the walking-distance. The result of the research revealed that some factors influenced people to walk: distance, pedestrian facility including sidewalks, crossing facility, plantation along the pavement, and economy including work and wages. The walking distance was 109 meters. Finally, from the analysis of the walking distance using the area of the circle, it was found that the area coverage was 37.340,3 m2.
This research aimed to understand the marketing mix implemented by the Cargo Transportation Unit of Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 6 Yogyakarta, Indonesia, and to study and know its position. The main problem was that many cargo transportations used the service handling system of Door-to-Door, which was relatively cheaper than cargo transportation using a train that still implemented the Station-to-Station service. The research method used the Boston Consulting Group matrix to know the market growth, market share, and quadrant position of Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 6 Yogyakarta. The collected data were then analyzed using the calculation of Market Growth Rate, Relative Market Share, and Boston Consulting Group Matrix. From the Market Growth Rate calculation, the result was as much as 8.5%, and from the total Relative Market Share, the result was 0.5 < 1. Furthermore, based on the Boston Consulting Group matrix, Quadrant IV (Dogs) shows alternative strategies to implement: Divestment, Retrenchment, and Liquidation. The main factor causing the low market growth of the Cargo Transportation Unit of Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 6 Yogyakarta is a crucial finding of this research.
DTW Tanah Lot adalah kawasan pura suci yang terdapat area wisata perbelanjaan kuliner, oleh-oleh khas bali, tempat berfoto pemandangan pantai dan pura. Berdasarkan data Manajemen Operasional DTW Tanah Lot, jumlah kunjungan wisatawan pada bulan Januari hingga Juli tahun 2022 sejumlah 614.793 orang. Dewasa ini muncul istilah terkait integrated tourism logistic, yang merupakan terintegrasinya aliran faktor fisik, material dan informasi bagi wisatawan antara pihak manajemen, pelaku bisnis, dan penyedia transportasi yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kepuasan yang optimal bagi wisatawan (Boonmalert, 2020). Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini, yaitu karakteristik supply pariwisata dan bagaimana tinjauannya dari sudut pandang logistik terintegrasi dalam kepariwisataan DTW Tanah Lot. Metode penelitian ini, adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Tahapan analisis menggunakan 7 indikator, yaitu layanan wisata, pemrosesan pesanan, komunikasi internal, pengendalian persediaan, peramalan permintaan, transportasi, dan pergudangan (Boonmalert, 2020). Hasil yang diperoleh, yaitu karakteristik supply pariwisata DTW Tanah Lot adalah a) jenis bisnis meliputi kuliner, kerajinan, money changer, photographer dan penginapan; b) terdapat sepuluh blok pedagang pelataran dengan jumlah total kios sebesar 464, aktivitasnya adalah perdagangan souvenir, kuliner dan jasa. Terakhir, integrasi logistik pariwisata DTW Tanah Lot baru terpenuhi empat elemen atau pencapaiannya sebesar 57%.
COVID-19 is a disease with very fast and deadly transmission, with the addition of sufferers who continue to increase every day. The impact of the spread of COVID-19 which continues to increase and is exacerbated by various policies issued by the government at the same time greatly affects various aspects including both socially, physically and psychologically. The purpose of the study was to determine psychological level of youth cadets in Bali. Design this research is a descriptive study research, the type of quantitative research. The sample of this study amounted to 245 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument uses a stress, anxiety and depression level questionnaire that is valid and reliable. Data were analyzed univariately using frequency distribution. The results showed that the psychological level of the Bali Poltrada Taruna students was in the normal category.
