Bu çalışmada, Newtonyen olmayan sınırlı kümelerin iç ve dış ölçü kavramları verildi. Ayrıca, Newtonyen olmayan kümelerin Lebesgue anlamında ölçüsü tanımlanarak ilgili temel teoremler verildi.
