The article shows that in Society 5. 0 intellectual capital is a key factor forming economic security of enterprises. The priority of structural components of intellectual capital as a factor of enterprise economic security formation is determined. Features of mining and beneficiation enterprises operation are considered while structuring intellectual capital. The resulting criteria for assessing efficiency of the intellectual capital use during economic security formation are established. Three key groups of competences of personnel necessary for economic security formation are identified. It is substantiated that organic connection of intellectual capital structural elements will enable forming economic security of the enterprise during the current period and providing economic security parameters in the long term. Based on the data obtained from mining and beneficiation enterprises, it is demonstrated that this will be possible due to growth of an innovative level of technological processes which will contribute to product quality enhancement that, in turn, will expand the client base.

The purpose of the article is to model the activities of an industrial enterprise as an independent economic unit in order to increase the profit of the enterprise in terms of economic efficiency.Method. In the course of the research the methodology of economic-mathematical modeling was applied. The enterprise is considered as a complex system — a sublimated enterprise, an economic object. The use of simulation methods on specific statistical material of the industrial enterprise «PivdGOK» is given. The application of the methods of digital economy allowed to obtain the relevant indicators of the enterprise and to obtain appropriate visual and graphical representations of the results.Results. The economic and mathematical model of the industrial enterprise of PJSC «PivdGOK» is constructed, it allowed to generalize results of activity of the industrial enterprise. Analytical relations concerning the activity of an industrial enterprise are obtained, namely a systematic study of the relationship between costs, volume of activity and profit of the enterprise.Scientific novelty. For the first time the economic-mathematical model of activity of the industrial enterprise in the sense of definition of its effective functioning as economic unit is constructed. Obtained in the implicit form of the dependence of profit at a given economic efficiency allowed us to investigate this relationship in order to build a simulation model.Practical significance. The use of Mathcad software allowed to building a simulation model of the industrial enterprise. An analytical expression of the connection between economic efficiency and profit is obtained, which allows to carry out a corresponding analysis of the activity of an industrial enterprise. It is shown under what conditions it is possible to achieve the greatest profit at a given economic efficiency. The use of digital modeling allowed to numerically obtain the optimal values of profit and graphically display the results. Graphical representation of the obtained results allows for visual analysis.

The article examines the features, current trends and methods of organizing international economic operations in Ukraine under martial law. The main properties inherent in the implementation of foreign economic transactions by the subjects of economic relations are identified. The documentary aspects of registration of such operations taking into account changes in the legislation in the operational period are analyzed. Also the tendencies of changes of the basic economic indicators of activity of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law are investigated and priority criteria of creation of reserves of economic durability for the enterprises-participants of the international economic operations are revealed, parameters that affect the effectiveness of these operations at both internal and external levels of economic activity are identified. As a result of the study, it was found that the key role in modern conditions to restore the effectiveness of foreign economic activity is the state and its mechanisms of legislative regulation. Recommendations on the formation of a strategy for post-war recovery of Ukraine's foreign economic potential and methods to increase the attractiveness of foreign economic activity with the assistance of state institutions at various levels of government are also provided.

The article considers the issue of increasing competitiveness, the level of which we can talk about the effectiveness of the chosen development strategy, the correctness of management decisions, the presence of competitive advantages in mechanical engineering enterprises compared to competitors. It is established that the main task of industrial enterprises is to increase profitability, improve financial condition, increase performance, solvency, which is possible through the production of competitive products, taking into account consumer needs, increasing competition, strengthening positions both on domestic and foreign markets. It is substantiated that it is important to assess the level of competitiveness through the use of appropriate methods and it is advisable to follow a number of principles. It was found out that the implementation of certain principles will allow a consistent assessment of the competitive situation, ensure the correctness, reliability of such assessment, and take into account the impact of the market environment. Under such conditions, companies will be able to develop measures to improve performance, to form strategic prospects for development. Also, compliance with the relevant principles will ensure the formation of effective solutions and affect the quality of competitiveness management in industrial enterprises, will systematize the evaluation process, obtain reliable data, and ensure the practical use of a system of indicators to assess competitive potential. It is determined that machine-building enterprises work under difficult conditions and the directions of successful functioning in the conditions of changing market environment were formed by taking into account the peculiarities of economic activity, the implementation of which will improve their work, increase profitability, strengthen positions in the international market, level negative influence of internal and external factors.
