The physico-chemical properties and group composition of the used mineral motor oils M-10DM and NORMAL 15W40, as well as the fractions obtained as a result of their thermooxidative regeneration have been studied. The results of IR-spectroscopic and X-ray fluorescence analysis of used oils and fractions obtained during thermooxidative regeneration are presented. The changes in the composition and properties of regenerated oils are described.
Abstract.1 Physico-chemical characteristics of threecomponent composition BNB 70/30 bitumen : linseed oil : SBS rubber have been investigated. The composition may be used for the production of rolled roofing, the installation of which does not require heating operation. The dependence of the softening temperature, ductility, penetration, adhesion, elasticity and water resistance of bitumen compositions on their structure has been examined.
The process of tar and industrial petroleum resin “Piroplast-2” joint oxidation has been investigated. The experimental results of the main regularities researches of the obtaining process of petroleum resins with carboxyl groups based on the pyrocondensate C9 fraction of hydrocarbon feedstock pyrolysis have been shown. It has been established that synthesized petroleum resins may be used for the modification of petroleum bitumens.
The main regularities of the modification with a rubber crumb for bitumen produced from the residuals of crude oils of Ukrainian deposits have been studied. The thermal stability of the rubber crumb has been examined using the derivatograpgy. The mechanism of bitumen modification with the rubber crumb at low and high temperatures has been established. The influence of technological factors on the main quality indices of modified bitumen has been studied. The changes in the group composition of the original and modified bitumen were found.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
