Abstract:The article deals with the comparative contests ratios of judoists -men representing the Russian Federation and Kyrgyzstan at national and international competitions. The competition bouts of 146 athletes competing in weight categories up to 60 and 66 kg were analyzed for 2 time periods: from 2003 to 2009 and from 2010 to 2015. Moreover, the separation for periods is associated with the introduction of significant changes in the rules of judo competition aimed to encourage athletes to conduct a dynamic and attacking struggle. The purpose of the research was to reveal the fitness of the athletes to conduct an active attack on the modified rules of the competition. Besides, the results of the analysis conducted by the authors show that the judoists in the category up to 60 kg in the second time period is a significant increase in such competitive factors as the number of common technical (P <0.01) and successful (P <0.05) groundwork. It should also be noted the decrease in time intervals between attacking actions is an average of 16 seconds and a decrease in the number of lost technical actions of athletes in a wrestling (P <0.001). Meanwhile, the athletes competing in the category up to 66 kg showed a significant decrease in both the total (P <0.01) and the successful (P <0.001) number of technical actions in the wrestling. Some increase in the rates is fixed in the number of moves performed by wrestlers in the ground fighting but the data does not contain significant differences. In general, the experts believe that the majority of athletes of this weight category formed a defensive style of fighting which does not correspond to the views of experts and judges on the modern judo. The trainers and athletes should make certain adjustments to the tactics of constructing a competitive bout.
Study aim. The specialists note that the latest changes in the rules of judo have a negative impact on the quality of competition between the athletes representing the Russian Federation and the CIS countries. In connection with this the goal of the research was to search for the objective and informative criteria for assessing the level of preparedness of the judoists in Russia and Kyrgyzstan for conducting competitive fights. Another purpose of the research was to analyze the readiness level of the elite judo athletes from Russia and Kyrgyzstan to conduct competitive attacking fight in conditions with the significant changes of the rules of judo competitions based on the selected criteria. Methods. The total number of the judoists -n = 176. The athletes competed in categories less than 60, 66, 73 and up to 81 kg. The time period for the research is 6 years (from 2010 to 2015). The level of the athletes' readiness was determined by comparing the competitive coefficients (CC) of the judoists. The authors attribute to the significant CC of the number of won and lost technical actions, activity in a duel and time intervals between the attacking actions. CC values were determined by the method of analyzing the competitive judo matches. For the analysis, the specialists were involved: the high-level coaches and international judges -n = 16. The number of the studied judo competition -4032. Results. Comparative analysis of the CC showed that the athletes of all weight categories reliably (P <0.001) reduced the time interval between attacking actions in the matches. At the same time, the number and quality of Nage-waza technical actions of the athletes of the weight categories less than 60 and 66 kg were revealed. Data CC significantly (P <0.01) increased in judoka categories to 73 kg. Besides, the athletes less than 81 kg did not show significant changes in the Nage-waza quantity and quality factors. It should also be noted that the number of lost Nage-waza receptions of the athletes of categories less than 60 and 66 kg has been reduced. The authors suggested that the judoists of light weight categories formed a defensive style of conducting competitive matches on the whole. Moreover, this style is characterized by a reduction of the risk of attacking Nage-waza actions and an increase in the number of Ne-waza receptions. The most meet the requirements of the modern judo CC athletes 33 International Journal of Applied Exercise Physiology www.ijaep.com Contest coefficients of the elite judo athletes VOL. 7 (2) less than 73 kg. Consequently, the judoists less than 81 kg according to the majority of the CC have not significantly improved the quality of the competition during the research. Conclusions. Furthermore, in view of the new rules of the IJF for conducting an active attack training of the judo wrestlers for competitive activities should be based on the CC athletes. CC wrestlers are determined by the method of the mathematical analysis of the competitive fights of the athletes for certain time periods. I...
The aim of the research is to find the new methods of the judoists' preparation for the competitive activity. Actually the participants of the researches are the men (n=20) and they are the members of Kyrgyzstan national judo team. Moreover, the median age was 22,8 years. The research period was 1 year. It was revealed that the blocks of coordination and speed-power exercises jointly with the improvement of the technical base of the wrestlers were added in the program of the athletes' preparation of the experimental group (n=10). Besides, the tests were used to determine the level of different motor skills of the athletes to assess the obtained data. Attention should also be paid to the calculation of the values of the competitive coefficients (CC) of the athletes which was made. Besides, the statistical analysis of the data was carried out using Mann-Whitney U-test. Indeed, the test results revealed a significant (P<0,05) advantage of the athletes from the experimental group in the speed running, strength training and running 1 mile. Fortunately, CC data of the athletes showed a significant (P<0,05) discrepancy in the volume of the effective equipment (Nage-waza) and a significant (P<0,01) difference in the intervals between the attacks (Nage-waza) in favor of the athletes from the experimental group. Accordingly, the use of coordination blocks and speed-power exercises in the structure of a year cycle of the athletes' preparation allows to increase the development indicators of the motor skills and technical activity of the judoists during the competitive matches significantly. Key words: Judo; competitive coefficients (СС); speed-strength exercises; technical indicators of the athletes (Nage-waza); blocks of periodization (BP).
