Operating devices for soil cultivation in arid conditions should not carry the lower layers to the surface of the field, since this leads to the loss of moisture due to its evaporation. Purpose of work is to determine the moisture content in the soil after using new operating devices. There been developed technique of determining the moisture content in the soil after exposure to operating devices by studying the movement of soil layers in the vertical direction and comparing their moisture. The movement of soil in the vertical direction is quantified by a comparative study of the moisture content in the upper and lower layers of the treated formation before and after exposure to operating devices. Using appropriate equipment, there were determined the moisture content in the most susceptible to evaporation surface layer of 0–5 cm and then the average value of the layer-by-layer measurement up to a depth of 25 ÷ 35 cm, depending on the selected operating modes of the operating device.
The work is devoted to the study of the dynamics of the grain mass in a stripping field installation and a stationary installation for separating grain. At the first stage, a model of the air mass movement in the installation under consideration is constructed and, on the basis of a mathematical model that takes into account the turbulence of the air mass movement, using the finite volume method in the ANSYS package, the velocity and pressure field is calculated. The influence of the technological parameters of the installations on these fields is studied: the diameters and rotation speed of the stripping drum and the additional drum-fan, the shape of the surface of the upper deck of the installation chamber. The calculations performed allow us to choose rational geometric and kinematic parameters at which no stagnant zones arise in the chamber.
The objective of flood frequency analysis (FFA) is to associate flood intensity with a probability of exceedance and for making probabilistic estimates of a future flood event in Allala basin based on the historical discharge record at Sidi Akkacha gauging station, the peak floods discharge of Allala river for 5, 10, 50, 100 years return period are estimated using exponential distribution and the stage at different position of river are calculated using HEC RAS model . Based on the modeling study carried out considering 62 cross sections for 8 km length of river, The Output HEC-RAS model show that the existing embankments system on the banks of Allala River is not sufficient to resist the peak flood discharge of 100 years return period, water level profile shows that a maximum of 1.25m in left bank((at 1.2 km downstream) is needed to protect the inundation of the low laying areas of Old tenes.
Mathematical and computer finite element model in the ACELAN package of resonant impact on a spike was developed and a full-scale experiment was carried out. Two installations are considered, one based on a cantilever, the free end of which acts on the spike, and the second is a semi-passive round bimorph. Excitation of vibrations is carried out using an actuator based on piezoceramic elements. In the first installation, low-frequency vibrations of the stem with a spike are excited and the resonance frequency is determined at which only an spike with grain performs intense vibrations. The second installation is designed to excite high-frequency vibrations at which resonant movements of the grains themselves arise. The purpose of both installations is to separate the grain from the spike using resonance phenomena.
The development of the agricultural sector and the entire national economy of Russia at the present stage is determined by the key realities of globalization trends and the mechanism of adaptation to them. The current confrontation of the interests of world powers under the influence of sanctions against Russia, which is a new form of global political and economic transformation, requires increased use of tools and mechanisms for state regulation of socio-economic processes, the main of which is strategic planning. The system of state planning has always been and remains the most important tool for justifying agricultural policy, both at the Federal and regional levels, which determines the search for the main trajectory of economic development of agricultural production sectors. The article deals with the deep causes of the protracted systemic crisis in the agricultural sector of the country’s economy. It is revealed that the lack of effective science-based tools of the state management system is becoming the main factor hindering the development of the country’s agricultural production sector. It is established that in the new Russian reality, state management of the agricultural sector of the economy should be based on its key function – strategic planning. The necessity of implementing a systematic campaign in planning is justified. Methodological aspects of the development and implementation of program-target planning in agriculture in Russia allowed us to identify the main shortcomings of the modern practice of planning and forecasting. The necessity of developing a strategy for the development of agriculture in the new macroeconomic conditions is justified. The developed model of a modern strategic planning system based on an integrated approach, including concepts, forecasts, economic orientation, plans, programs, excludes the possibility of fragmented planning and forecast management of the agricultural sector of the economy.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
