Modern ecological issues determine the necessity of new approaches to the implementation of production cycle, which determines the relevance of developing environmental management. The aim of the research is social and economic monitoring and recommendations on the design and implementation of the environmental management system in Ukraine. Research methodology: review of scientific articles (1991–2018), statistics on the number of certificates ISO 14001, GDP dynamics in Ukraine, study of Georgia and EU countries (2006–2016) and comparative analysis based on their correlation. Main research results: the economic and social impact of GDP growth per capita on the number of ecological certificates has been determined using the interpretation of Kuznets curve. In order to stimulate the development of the systems of environmental management certification in Ukraine, it is suggested to use: concessional loans, development of non-formal ecological education, as well as innovation and improvement of the investment policy.

The theoretical land relations reforming principles were reviewed.Land relations in agriculture transformation process was studied. The land use features were detected and agricultural land use efficiency analysis was conducted.Ukraine land market formation research problems results have been shown. It was established that private land ownership institution ambiguous attitude, rent relations deformation, lack of the property rights ensure mechanism inhibit the land market development. Sociological research of Ukrainian Polesie region to determine the prerequisites for agricultural land marketformation preconditions has been conducted. 787 respondents from Zhytomyr, Rivne and Volyn regions were interviewed. Land shares owners age structure, their distribution by education level, their employment, land shares owners and agricultural enterprises executives to the agricultural land sale moratorium cancellation attitudes, land purchase financial resources, directions of Ukrainian Polissya region land shares use, shares owners land issues level of awareness have been determined during the research. Was substantiated that agricultural land market turnover includes not only land sale moratorium cancellation but also the adoption of the legislative framework and the appropriate infrastructure development, one of the key elements of which is land relations regulation specialized state agency – State Land Bank.

ensuring the inclusivity of territorial development and ensuring equal opportunities for all society members has been proposed. Further research should be directed at studying and systematization of existing and development and scientific justification of new sets of indicators that would allow us to assess the level of sustainable economic development goals achievement which is capable to support high growth rates togetherwith equal access to resources provision not only for all members of the society, but for the future generations avenues.

Organic production management fundamentals formation and implementation is the necessary condition for the economy at the sustainable development basis efficient functioning, providing high life quality and environmental public safety. Actual raises the need to manage the agricultural production ecological certification processes is driven by growing demand and incomplete satisfaction of the needs for organic certified products both in the domestic and foreign markets. The aim of the research is to justify recommendations related to Ukraine organic production organizational and management fundamentals through the national certification system for organic production creation and implementation improvement and development. The reasons of existing Ukraine organic production system is imperfect and its effective and efficient functioning in favor of national, the state and territorial communities’ interests indiscretion have been identified. Agricultural and food products certification institutional provision as the complex system of organizational, legal, economic and environmental regulation of social relations on the use of natural resources in the field of manufacturing processing and marketing of agricultural products has been determined. The significant role of accounting in the system of control over conformity by the operating rules of domestic organic products production have been determined.
