The article is devoted to the development of methodological bases for the formation of a process-oriented management system of a construction company-developer based on a business-targeted approach, which involves transforming a set of business goals into a topology of its centers of management and executive responsibility. the activities of these centers to ensure the effectiveness of their subordinate processes and create value for stakeholders of the construction company. Analysis of scientific works of domestic and foreign authors has shown that today there is no stable conceptual basis for the process approach to management. First of all, this is evidenced by the many definitions of the core concepts of "process" and "business process", which are synonymous and interpreted by the horizontal model of "entry – action – exit", which does not reflect the essence of management as an inseparable union of four PDCA functions. Within the PDCA cycle (known as the Deming Cycle, the Schuhart-Deming Cycle), Plan, Do, Check, Influence (Act), Business Process is seen as an interconnected hierarchical pair that consists of a process (management object) and management process of the head (management entity), which allows the construction of process-oriented management of the enterprise in relation to two interrelated projections: "set of business processes" – "organizational structure of the enterprise". The tools of separation, structuring and description of business processes proposed in the work, in contrast to the IDEF and ARIS languages, provide the need and possibility to create a vertically and horizontally structured model of process management – a system of interconnected management and technological business processes. management chain of creating information value of enterprise management and its universality from the standpoint of instrumental support for the construction of process-oriented enterprise management systems.
Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) have attracted more and more attention due to their unique structure and excellent properties. In this paper, single-walled carbon nanotubes /gold (SWNTs/Au) nanocomposites were prepared by a green and simple method, and a highly sensitive indigo blue sensor was constructed based on the nanocomposites. The results showed that the optimum pH of indigo blue (IB) was 5 and the optimum enrichment time was 270s. The reaction was controlled by surface adsorption. The unique feature of this method is that no toxic reducing agents or surfactants are added during the preparation process, which is environmentally friendly and sensitive to the detection of IB based on the nanocomposite modified electrode. Compared with gold nanomaterials, single-wall carbon nanotube-gold nanocomposites are more sensitive to IB. Comparing the current response signals of different pH values, 0.1mol/LPBS solution with pH=5 was selected as the test solution. When the enrichment time reaches 270s, the IB adsorbed on the electrode surface tends to be saturated, so the optimal enrichment time is 270s. The above experiments show that the nanocomposite material has a good electrocatalytic ability for IB, and the detection limit (3S/N) is 0.02μmol/L. The modified electrode has a short response time, a wide linear range, a low detection limit, good selectivity and high stability.
The article formulates the basic provisions and builds a conceptual model of the processes of formation, selection, implementation of competitive strategy of the enterprise, which provides for the relationship of the following subprocesses: clarification of general strategic goals; diagnosing the external environment; diagnosing the internal environment; setting the goals of the competitive strategy; determining the criteria for selecting the best option for a competitive strategy; determination of restrictions on the choice of competitive strategy; development of options of competitive strategy and definition of possible results of their realization; selection of the optimal variant of competitive strategy according to certain criteria; detailing the content and configuration of the selected competitive strategy; coordination of functional strategies with competitive; preparation for the implementation of the selected competitive strategy; its implementation; evaluation of the results of the implementation of the competitive strategy of the enterprise. methodological basis of the study provides a scientifically sound solution to the leading methodological problem in the administration of the developer in construction - to productively reconcile the priorities of strategic value and image growth of the developer with the requirements of project administration in autonomous economic, budgetary and administrative logistics . Based on the methodology, as introduced in accordance with the new ideas about the essence of the strategy of the developer in construction, developed and substantiated - a new scientific and applied tools for the administration of operational activities of developers in construction and its transformations. It must be adapted to the content of the investment cycle of construction projects. Such a system is implemented thanks to the proposed economic and mathematical model "Bud-alternative" and software modules for its implementation.
