At the present stage of Ukraine’s development in the context of European integration, an analysis of the experience of integrity and prevention of corruption as the basis of the country’s international investment attractiveness is extremely important. It is necessary to solve the problems that arise as a result of intensification of activities on integrity and prevention of corruption to increase the international investment attractiveness of Ukraine. It is especially important to intensify activities on integrity and prevention of corruption to increase international investment attractiveness in the Black Sea (southern) Region, namely in Odessa, Mykolaiv, Kherson and Donetsk regions. Therefore, the problems of analyzing the experience of integrity and preventing corruption in order to increase the international investment attractiveness of Ukraine and its regions are becoming relevant. Improving and developing integrity and preventing corruption will help develop Ukraine’s economy by increasing international investment. Based on statistics, the growth of foreign direct investment in the Black Sea Region of Ukraine was studied to determine the increase in international investment attractiveness. Given the statistical information, a high negative level of inflation, which affects the development of the economy, was found in the Black Sea Region of Ukraine. Necessary values have been developed that need to be implemented in organizations among employees in order to combat corruption. Strong arguments are analyzed in order to quickly and consistently address all violations of integrity in an organization, regardless of the size of violations. The most common forms of bribery and corruption in the organization to combat corruption are studied. The unethical behavior of violating integrity, which is due to one of the three key factors for overcoming corruption in an organization, is considered. It has been found that action is needed to promote a culture of openness and awareness of integrity in order to understand the importance of integrity. The training of integrity staff at work, which is aimed at raising awareness, which helps to minimize violations of integrity, is studied.
The study shows that there is the increase in foreign direct investment by type of economic activity to identify increased investment attractiveness. It is investigated that the trend of efficiency of foreign direct investment in Ukraine in relation to economic development is negative for revealing the level of economic development. Article analyzes the growth of the ratio of foreign direct investment per capita in percent in order to identify the need to increase the international investment attractiveness of Ukraine. Author considers that to increase the level of foreign investment it is necessary to promote the development of interregional cooperation: economic growth, decent working conditions, implement quality education, information-communication technologies, tourism development, foreign trade, agricultural sector, construction development, transport infrastructure, personnel training, development of industry and energy.

Increasing Ukraine’s investment attractiveness requires the creation of a fundamentally new model of integrity and countering corruption. Ukraine consists of regions that have different investment attractiveness. In the conditions of limited investment resources of Ukraine, the creation of a transparent economy is the basis of development. The Corruption Perception Index, which is the main indicator of investment development of the economies of the countries, shows the lack of progress in the countering corruption in Ukraine. Therefore, it is necessary to implement programs on integrity and countering corruption based on experience of European and other developed countries to increase the investment attractiveness of Ukraine and its regions. The article is aimed at developing a model of integrity and countering corruption, which is the basis for increasing the investment attractiveness of Ukraine for investment and innovation development. The main actors interacting with the authorities are identified for the model of integrity and countering corruption based on the analysis of the activities of the authorities. The principles of interaction between the authorities and other entities in order to overcome corruption are also characterized. The components of influencing the effectiveness of implementation of the model of integrity and countering corruption are analyzed. It is noted that the model of integrity and countering corruption has mechanisms for maintaining formal and informal rules based on the analysis of the interaction of authorities to prevent corruption. The main elements, results and a program of the model of integrity and countering corruption are developed to support this model. In order to effectively implement the model of integrity and countering corruption, it is necessary to introduce accountability, accountability mechanisms and means of control of accountability issues in order to identify the advantages and disadvantages of implementation.
