The authors emphasize the importance of special training of future specialists in the psychological and pedagogical profile to the development of children's giftedness. Attention is focused on the importance of the formation of subjectivity as an integrative characteristic of the student. It is proved that in order to increase the activity of future teachers of gifted children during their preparation, it is necessary to make corrections in the methodology of organizing the educational process of the university. The experience of using modern technologies and techniques (business pedagogical games, case studies, “inverted training”, a portfolio of creative teacher, creative projects, individual research tasks of exploratory nature), attracting students to participation in scientific clubs and problem groups and to perform creative scientific works is theoretically grounded and shown in the process of forming them as the subjects of professional growth.
Scientific works show that it is necessary to solve the humans problem of the formation of values and value attitude. Early school age is a period of active development of ideological orientations, interests, behavioral strategies, assessments and self-evaluation. The purpose of the study lay in developing and testing the diagnostic tools of the formation of a humanistic and value attitude of the schoolchildren towards themselves and in determining on this basis the appropriate pedagogical conditions for improving the investigated quality. The primary schoolchildren (n = 317, age 8-9) took part in the study. The results of the preliminary stage of the pedagogical experiment revealed the need to raise the level of humanistic and value attitude of children (low level – 61,5%, average level – 30,9%, high level – 7,6%). Primary school teachers are important organizers of the educational process with students, but they do not use enough methods that are effective in solving this research problem. In order to humanize the environment in primary school, authors suggest using game exercises, conversations, elements of training, including children in various types of socially significant activities, creating axiological educational situations, etc.
The article deals with the contradiction between the recognition of gifted children in the theoretical discourse as a category of persons with special educational needs, on the one hand, and the low level of their involvement in the inclusive educational environment at school practice, on the other. The necessity of providing talented individuals the status of an important group of atypical children, whose capabilities disclosing is complicated by the disharmonious type of mental development, high level of claims, a number of social and psychological problems is grounded. The needs and problems of gifted children and the system of social and pedagogical work, aimed forming their subjectivity in terms of inclusive education are defined.
The necessity of special training of future teachers to work with gifted children is substantiated. In the article defined innovative approaches to improving the educational process in a pedagogical university have been determined in order to create conditions for students to acquire the qualities necessary for the identification of gifted children and to create favorable conditions for their creative self-realization. The importance of reflective abilities in the structure of future teacher’s readiness to work with gifted children is shown. The results of diagnostics of students reflexive abilities are presented, the insufficient level of their formation is revealed. The importance of training in the development of future teachers of the reflective component of readiness to work with children is shown. The experience of conducting trainings, which were developed and tested within the framework of the international project «Development of a culture of democracy in teacher education in Norway, Ukraine and Palestine», is presented. Examples of reflexive training exercises are given, the implementation of which will contribute to the development of future teachers ability to professional self-examination and self-esteem.
The article has determined that the introduction of mixed learning is not only the transfer of many elements of the educational process into the electronic environment but also the design of a professionally-oriented educational environment of universities and the instructional design of electronic courses. The hybrid electronic course of the discipline “Digital technologies in education and research” by the principle of the backward design was developed and tested. The given examples of students’ creative work were submitted in the form of projects, websites, blogs, web quests, and online conferences. Presents the main tips that need to be followed for effective development and implementation of blended learning.
