Decentralization, which has begun and continues in Ukraine, has raised the living standards of local people to a new level by updating tools and methods of managing the sustainable development of such territories, updating a particularly balanced approach to planning and finding reliable sources. In this context, it is advisable to identify qualitatively the local area, which is not only a guarantee of their subjectivity and sustainability, but also the basis for the strategies forming for their socio-economic development, the realism and effectiveness of which is based on sustainable development management as well as administrative and financial capacity of communities. However, as practice has shown, most local areas, although willing to identify their unique features, but do not know how to do it, because the current legal field in Ukraine does not regulate the procedure and criteria for such identification. This article was an attempt to research the managerial possibilities of creating a positive image of the territory through the sustainable development and choice of appropriate assessment parameters – the criteria for identifying the amalgamated territorial communities of Ukraine as local territories. As a result of the research, a model list of such criteria is proposed, which is sufficiently universal to determine the unique and typical characteristics of any territories, and also contains a specific subsystem that allows reflecting the individual features of territories close to the armed conflict zone in the Eastern Ukraine. Using this list will allow communities to form one or more images of the local area: from formal (real) to imaginary and special. It will help improve the results of communities and territories identification, the foundation for the sustainable development with marketing measures to promote communities as well as the formation of management decisions for their strategic and sustainable development, which will be best adapted to the realities of the current armed conflict. The purpose of the work is to outline the main meaningful components of information-analytical activity (IAA), in this context, to show the process of evolution of the IAA discipline in response to the challenges of the information society and its need for new specialists with new knowledge competencies in the conditions of digitisation. The research methodology consists in the application of a complex of general scientific and special methods, namely: analytical and synthetic processing of information, abstraction, generalisation, logical and systemic approaches, terminological and historical methods, as well as comparison and interrelationship of theory and practice. The scientific novelty of this work lies in the expansion of ideas about the role of the discipline "Information and analytical activity" in the formation of competences in the training of specialists in the specialty "Information, library and archive" and their influence on the development of modern society in the conditions of informatisation and digitisation. Conclusions. The analysis of scientific publications on the development and functioning of information and analytical activities in society, the study of relevant regulatory documents, in particular, educational and professional programs and educational standards, curricula for the specialty "Information, library and archival affairs" shows that, that the discipline "Information and analytical activity" (or "Information analytics") will continue to be in demand in the process of training applicants of the specified direction. Firstly, this is due to the fact that the processes of information and analytical activity permeate the activities of all information institutions and other organisations, which in one way or another are related to work with information and various documents. The need for information and analytical products of libraries and other information institutions is due to the objective request of users to get an idea of the main trends of changes in the meaningful filling of large masses of information in response to the challenges of the digital society. Secondly, the widespread development and implementation of information and communication technologies, the emergence of new types of documents and information carriers, a new level of evolution of analytical technologies, require future information specialists to have a deep knowledge of information and analytical processes and high level of digital competence. This will ensure the flexibility and adaptability of the educational system to new types of professional activity that appear as a result of digital transformation. Keywords: information activity, analytical activity, information and analytical support, analytics, information needs of users, information products and services, digitalisation.
An important aspect of any industry is the rapid and effective adaptation to changing conditions. The logistics market during the pandemic and related constraints has changed significantly, and competition in this segment has become higher than ever. Many consumers are forced to reduce consumption, companies have reduced supplies and production, diversified their activities. The transportation market has become denser and the struggle for the customer has intensified. Optimization of financial, labor, and material resources through the reduction of activities can negatively affect the quality of logistics services, the speed of processing goods, and their delivery to the final consumer. Based on the relevance, the aim of the research is to study the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on logistics, assess the results of such impacts in the EU, as well as outline trends and prospects for the logistics market in terms of declining coronavirus and market recovery. The research methodology is based on the use of general scientific and specific methods, in particular: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, systematization, generalization. The scientific novelty of the study is that the changes that have taken place in logistics have led to the emergence of new trends and trends that need to be generalized and evaluated in terms of prospects for impact on the industry. The study summarized the conclusion that the coronavirus pandemic created opportunities for some companies and threats for others. As a result of the constraints and challenges that have become inherent in international business and logistics, e-commerce, on-demand delivery, and the concept of “last kilometers” are developing rapidly in the EU and Ukraine. The logistics market has a tendency to consolidate and diversify. At the same time, once the European economy returns to normal, most of the changes that have taken place in logistics will be irreversible. The relevance of the scientific research is determined by the need to identify weaknesses in the system of taxation, accounting and reporting during martial law. The purpose of the research work is to evaluate approaches to state support of taxpayers and the impact of weakening the responsibility of taxpayers on the level of budget revenues, as well as to determine information that is of particular importance for the display of its accounting and reporting in wartime. The basis of the methodological approach is: statistical analysis; a method of comparative analysis, graphic method, method of summarization . The main results that were obtained within the scope of this work should be considered the formulation of proposals for improving the control over the payment of taxes and fees, the determination of mandatory information for display in accounting and reporting during the war. The results of the scientific work, as well as the conclusions formulated on their basis, have practical significance and can be applied by managers and chief accountants of economic entities when making decisions regarding the payment of taxes and fees, keeping records of operations at the enterprise, as well as by state and local authorities.
