Purpose. Development of a structural and systemic approach to determining the effectiveness of the functioning and internationalization of the country’s mining and metallurgical industrial groups and the formation of their possible development vectors. Methodology. The results of the presented scientific research were obtained using general and special methods of cognition: abstract-logical analysis, systematization and combination, method of theoretical generalization, method of dialectical cognition, deduction and induction, statistical analysis, econometric method of trend formation. Findings. Approaches to the determination of performance indicators and the level of internationalization of mining and metallurgical industrial groups, which were dynamically formed in the modern conditions of the functioning of multinational companies, were systematized. Principles of calculation, system of indicators of efficiency and level of internationalization, which were chosen to evaluate the leading mining and metallurgical industrial groups of Ukraine, and methodical approaches to the calculation of performance indicators and evaluation of the level of internationalization were substantiated, and analytical conclusions were formulated. The forecast was made and the development vectors of the country’s leading mining and metallurgical industrial groups were established based on the econometric calculations. Originality. Structural and systemic approach was justified to measuring the efficiency of operation and the level of internationalization of mining and metallurgical industrial groups of Ukraine, which is built on the principle of hierarchy, includes logically consecutive stages and provides an opportunity to determine the actual development vectors of mining and metallurgical industrial groups of Ukraine based on the econometric trend. A close relationship was established (on the basis of the calculation of the coefficient of determination) of performance indicators and the level of internationalization of mining and metallurgical industrial groups of Ukraine with the time factor. At the specification stage, trends (parabolic, logarithmic, hyperbolic, linear ones) were selected, their parameters were estimated by the method of least squares. The statistical significance of the equation was tested using the coefficient of determination and Fisher’s test. Practical value. It consists in the possibility of using the results of the conducted research for scientific developments and practical activities. The feasibility of systematic use of performance indicators and the level of internationalization in the practical activities of the leading mining and metallurgical industrial groups of Ukraine has been proven. The structural and systemic approach, which is built on the principle of hierarchy, provides an opportunity to determine the current development vectors of the leading mining and metallurgical industrial groups of Ukraine .
The article establishes that the formation of the vector of sustainable development of metallurgical enterprises should be based on the use of such methodological approaches as systems analysis and program-target approach; on a combination of methods of economic diagnostics (method of expert assessment, method of economic and mathematical modeling, methods of multifactor and trend analysis). The polyvariance of the process of forming a system of indicators, which is the basis for calculating the integrated indicator of the vector of sustainable development, ensures taking into account the state and trends of changes in technical-technological, economic-environmental, and social components of the industrial enterprise. To solve this scientific problem, the stages of polyvariate formation of the vector of sustainable development of metallurgical enterprises are developed, which are based on the established basic principles; actualization of the vector of sustainable development is happening in accordance with the state of technical-technological, economic-environmental and social components and takes into account the modes of operation of the metallurgical enterprise, corresponding to the actual level of the integrated indicator.
The purpose of the research was to analyze the problems of preservation and reproduction of physical and psychological integrity of a person in extreme conditions and, at the same time, to identify the patterns of formation of a complete personality, since today there is a lot of stress, depression and physical fatigue. In extreme situations of martial law and instability, we do our best to overcome the problems of physical and psychological incongruity and personality crisis. The methodology consists in the use of methods such as: analytical, logical, historical, comparative, axiological, which contribute to the identification of problems addressed. The object of the research means or implies a set of humanitarian tasks that correspond to the processes of formation of the integrity of the individual. The novelty lies in the understanding of objective processes of reproduction of physical and psychological integrity of the individual in extreme conditions, including wars, crises, uncertainty, instability, informational similarity, which are analyzed in terms of interconnection, interdependence and development, the overcoming of which contributes to the integrity of the individual and social welfare.
Adnotacja. W artykule powstało komplementarne podejście hierarchiczne z łańcuchem procesów retrospektywnych: trendy światowe -cechy branżowe w kraju -stan poszczególnych podmiotów branżowych. Określono potencjał zasobowy metalurgii metali nieżelaznych Ukrainy i uzasadniono dynamiczne i recesyjne procesy produkcji metali nieżelaznych w Ukrainie. Przeanalizowano potencjał metali nieżelaznych kraju w porównaniu z krajami-liderami i określono jego wagę w wektorze światowym. Uzasadnione są zdolności produkcyjne hutnictwa metali nieżelaznych i ich miejsce w przemyśle w kraju. Przeanalizowano kondycję finansową i gospodarczą hutnictwa metali nieżelaznych Ukrainy oraz ukształtowano analityczno-wektorowe aspekty przemysłu. Rozważono obecny stan i trendy stagnacji gospodarczej przedsiębiorstw hutnictwa metali nieżelaznych, przeanalizowano aktywność biznesową, kondycję finansową, stan efektywności zasobów strategicznie ważnych przedsiębiorstw w kraju. Główne strategiczne kierunki rozwoju przedsiębiorstw metalurgii nieżelaznej zostały utworzone i uzasadnione na podstawie retrospektywnej stagnacji i obecnej nowoczesności działań wojennych.
