The important role in the performance of agricultural enterprises in the agro-industrial complex (AIC) of the Russian Federation managing is given to diversification mechanisms aimed at expanding the business profile and solving social problems of the industrial and agricultural technological chain. Researchers and practitioners focus on the necessity of more fully exploit the potential of rural settlements, a function of the population which can be not only performing traditional activities in the production and processing of crop and livestock products but provide services tailored to regional market requirements, revealing the problem of diversification. The theoretical and methodological justification of the scientific basis for the formation of a mechanism for managing the diversification of enterprises in a competitive environment is made in accordance with the practical orientation, the result of which was to identify the features of managing the diversification of industry enterprises in conditions of increasing competition. The study of foreign and domestic experience and current trends in the development of the agroindustrial complex of the Russian Federation allowed determining the key features of the sabotage management mechanism in our country. The results of the evaluation of the potential industrialagricultural complex of Central Chernozem region are taken as the basis for the development of a mechanism to manage the diversification of agribusiness in the Voronezh region, determining the favorable and unfavorable factors and promising trends of diversification of regional enterprises in livestock, crops and aquaculture. The results of the rating assessment suitability of European regions in Russia for joint agricultural and agro-tourism activities, monitoring trends of industry enterprises, tools and methods of state support for the development of domestic tourism are the basis for developing recommendations for improving the mechanism for managing the diversification of the research object in the aspect of creating conditions for agricultural tourism, characterized by expanding the profile of its activities and ensuring the strengthening of competitive positions. The project is developed to create an agricultural estate, the success rate of which is estimated as high.
Sales activity is an essential element of the unified management system of any modern business entity. At present, sales of products are no less important than the production component. It is worth noting that in certain industry segments, as well as industrial and manufacturing sectors, an effectively organized and implemented sales system forms about 70% of the success of all business activities. These circumstances are predetermined by the fact that such industrial enterprises are forced to operate in a highly competitive market environment. At present, thanks to the research of modern theoretical scientists and various specialists, the management of product sales has reached a completely different qualitative level of development of theoretical and methodological justification, as well as scientific and applied solutions. All this justifies and actualizes the high degree of significance and prospects of the selected subject area of scientific research. In the context of the latter, the content essence and conceptual tasks of the marketing activity of an economic entity were studied; the system of organization and promotion of sales of products in conditions of risk, instability and uncertainty at the endo - and Exo-levels is investigated; the features of the process of selling industrial products of the object of research are identified and analyzed. The scientific achievement was a carefully developed scientific and theoretical basis for the system of organization, functioning and promotion of sales activities of the object under study in conditions of risk, instability and uncertainty of the market environment. Author's scientific achievements (directions of realization of sales activity at the enterprise; principles of organization of the sales management system in modern market conditions; elements of sales planning; means of sales promotion; forms of sales in the organization of sales activities at the enterprise; methods for improving the efficiency of the sales network at the enterprise), presented in the content part of the study, have a high theoretical and utilitarian significance, the latter determines the possibility of applying developments in research, educational and applied fields of activity.
Introduction. National economies are looking for tools to activate the explicit and hidden resource potential. Innovative resource-saving projects are such a tool. Feed production strives to increase its resource efficiency. Study objects and methods. The present research featured the feed industry of the Russian Federation and regional feed mills. It involved structural, functional, and systematic approaches and standard research methods. Results and discussion. Liquid waste proved to be an important resource potential of modern feed production. It contains substances with high nutritional, biological, and energy value and can be used to produce methionine. The experimental part featured an industrial enterprise in the Voronezh region, which expects to produce 1452 tons of methionine worth 58 080 thousand rubles. The profitability will be 616.76%, the gross return on sales − 86.1%, the payback time – 1.44 months, the efficiency of capital investments – 8.45. Conclusion. The innovative project will reduce the negative impact on the environment, increase the resource efficiency of the enterprise, and provide additional income.
Modern domestic feed production is developing at a fairly steady pace, which is facilitated by the increase in the volume and scale of production in the livestock sector. Today, domestic agricultural pro-ducers fully provide the domestic market with pork, poultry and egg. the efficiency of the development of the livestock sector depends on the quality of feed and the fattening system by more than 60%. All this proves the relevance and prospects of studying the dynamics of the development of feed production in order to im-prove the manageability of this area of management, organizational support, identify potential risks and de-velop effective solutions to minimize them. As the basic provisions of the study, it is worth noting: key produc-tion segments of the domestic feed industry; production volumes of mixed feeds, premixes, feed additives and concentrates in Russia; market leaders in the production of mixed feeds at the time of 2019.; the reasons for the transition of large companies to self-feed; the negative factors (risks) which impact on sustainable devel-opment of the Russian market of animal feed; scenarios of development of domestic fodder production in the short term (2–3 years) taking into account the most pressing problems and uncertainties (distribution COVID-19; higher prices for imported feed additives; devaluation; grain yield; volatility of prices for raw materials and components, logistics, etc.); substantiation of the prospects for the development of the Russian food complex against the background of the strengthening of the global problem of hunger and food security.
