The article is devoted to the study of the processes of formation and use of intellectual capital at Ukrainian enterprises and the analysis of the efficiency of innovative activity of domestic enterprises. The analysis conducted showed that domestic enterprises and organizations nowadays slow down the innovation activity and reduce the efficiency of the use of intellectual capital.
