Modern artistic education is considered in the context of the development of the spiritual potential of the individual on the basis of constructing a pedagogical process in line with the humanitarian practice. This practice involves the joint actions of "teacher-student" in the hermeneutic circle from life experience -to theoretical knowledge, reflection of practical activity -through the identification, formulation and solution of professional development tasks. In this regard, the pedagogical community is actively discussing the need to develop promising technologies that can provide a "breakthrough" in the development of education. The new technologies aim to solve a number of problems faced by a modern high school. Accordingly, the process of learning at higher art schools should be reoriented from acquiring knowledge and skills to forming abilities to gain this knowledge and skills independently. Therefore, for humanitarian knowledge in general and for artistic pedagogy in particular, a hermeneutical view is particularly productive. In an effort to overcome the traditional rational orientation and intellectualization of consciousness, it goes to the understanding of a man through the reflective re-evaluation of the spiritual experience of mankind, fixed not only in science, but also in art, in the culture as a whole, which, from our point of view, is very relevant. So there is a natural appeal to the narrative mode of knowledge, provided not by logics but imagination, because there are free images and fantasia in it. The linguistic design of the hermeneutic interpretation of a musical piece is associated with an appeal to meanings -individual meanings of words isolated from the objective system of relationships that are directly related to a specific musical piece. We referred suggestions regarding the phasing of the metaphor to narrative techniques. Mechanism of metaphor design is recommended to imagine as a series of mental operations: the emergence of the author's intention, in search of the object (metaphor basis) that allows the author to express his idea. During this process due to the association some images and concepts arise and figurative, vivid ones should be chosen among them.
Modern artistic education uses widely innovative technologies. The technology of dramatic hermeneutics synthesizes the achievements of practical hermeneutics with the compositional and dramatic properties of art. In the vector of artistic education, it enriches artistic and creative activity with the elements of theatrical pedagogy. In the organizational and methodological aspects, it allows to combine individual and creative, team and group work based on the search and disclosure of artistic, interpretive, figurative and semantic contexts of the works of art. The artistic and semantic basis of the technology of dramatic hermeneutics is the theory of conflict, life contradictions, the removal of which leads to change and transformation of the existence. Dramatic hermeneutics as an innovative technology forms understanding of deep life collisions reflected in works of art through personalities. For the educational process, such personalities are artists, teachers, listeners, characters of the work, anybody who are directly or indirectly involved in the artistic and communicative process. Dramatic hermeneutics as an integration of drama, practical hermeneutics and artistic creativity is used in three varieties, namely: understanding the experience of the creative personality; integral processes of artistic thinking; collective presentation of the artistic idea interpretation. This predetermines the formation of the dramatic and hermeneutic competence of future art teachers -their ability to apply the pedagogical potential of linking art of different styles and genres with the realities of life in artistic and educational processes.
The article is devoted to the study of future art teachers' value sphere. A wide range of applications of the theory of values in various fields of knowledge is shown: culturology, psychology, pedagogy, art education, economics; classification of values in science is given. A number of issues is actualized, concerning values in the context of cultural development and at the same time global crises; professional development, competitiveness and life views and needs; development of person's abilities and his/her self-realization in art creativity. The artistic-communicative, professionalhermeneutic and motivational-need spheres in the future art teachers' creative self-realization are singled out. These areas are subject to pedagogical influence, while becoming a conglomeration of value intentions of the individual. Theoretical substantiation is conducted and the essence of the phenomenon of future art teachers' value intentions is determined, which combines the specified multi-vector values. The meaning of the terms "intentionality" and "intentions" is clarified. Emphasis is placed on the importance of value intentions of the individual in the economic projection and compliance of this socio-personal construct with the current concept of student-centered learning. The results of the study of future art teachers' value intentions, which are formed during professional training and creative activity, are given. The results of the value intentions diagnostics and dynamics of their changes in accordance with future musical art teachers' professional training are highlighted. Scientific approaches and technologies that effectively influence their value intentions are outlined. It is proved that definition of a conglomeration of value intentions of an individual allows a qualitative choice of methods for the formation of creative and competitive personality of future musical art teachers and teachers of art disciplines in general.
The transition period of modern society can be observed in various aspects, particularly in the value-normative one. The study of the Genesis of the formation of personality’s value-based orientations in the current conditions of reforming educational sector in Ukraine and its integration into the European Higher Education Area are becoming prioritized. The research methodology is complex, combining theoretical and empirical methods. Theoretical study of the problem of values in philosophical-historical and psychological-pedagogical discourses creates a methodological basis for expanding the subject field of interdisciplinary branches of scientific knowledge: pedagogical axiology and philosophy of music education. The interdisciplinary context of the conceptual range of these disciplines makes it possible to modernize the value-based orientation in the content of art education. The problem of spiritual and value-based formation of the personality by means of music is actualized, which creates the prerequisites for the formation of a phenomenon of holistic professional worldview of future music teachers. The analysis of structural components of the outlined phenomenon shows that the normative and regulatory basis of professional worldview is a system of value-based orientations of the individual.
The model for the formation of the readiness of pre-service music teachers to the introduction of music-pedagogical technologies is developed, it includes elements: methodological-targeted; content-technological; productive-evaluative. The created model of the use of music-pedagogical technologies in lessons of musical art in secondary schools contains music perception, vocal-choral work, improvisation, playing on musical instruments, and musical-plastic activity.
