The environmental threats and risks assessment is carried out on the basis of various anthropogenic criteria analysis. It’s reasonable to assess certain environmental indicators for each type of technogenic danger. The problems of the maximum permissible environmental load assessment and the development of the regional environmental security assessment methods have been actual. Therefore, the aim of the article is to develop the basics of the regional environment security level assessment methodology. It’s expedient to assess certain partial environmental indicators for each type of technogenic hazard. Such partial indicators were analyzed by statistical methods. The integration method was used to develop partial and integral indicators for assessing the regional environmental security level. The result of the research is proposition to assess the regional environmental security level by two groups of environmental factors: 1) antropogenic substances ingress into the environment and 2) natural systems change, caused by natural resources consumption and spatial planning factors. Application of the regional environmental security assessment methodology will allow to formalize environmental management problems by using the following indicators: integral environmental security indicator of reducing the anthropogenic substances ingress into the environments (II1) and integral environmental security indicator of reducing natural system change, caused by natural resources consumption and spatial planning factors (II2).
The article deals with a hotel HR-brand strategy development peculiarities. HR brand place in a hotel’s personnel management system has been determined. The HR brand platform elements as a system of values and goals that form the basis of personnel potential strategic planning have been specified. The set of hospitality industry enterprise external and internal environmental factors as the objects of strategic analysis within the second stage of HR-brand strategic development process has been clarified. Two main alternatives of this strategy have been highlighted, their essence, structural elements, implementation process peculiarities from the standpoint of external and internal branding have been specified. Hotel brand positioning principles through a key message to the target audience have been formulated.
The article studies and summarizes the experience of the latest rounds of population census in different countries concerning program, organizational and methodological issues; identifies their national specificity. Comparative analysis of data collection methods (traditional, registers, rolling census) applying results was carried out, including the possibility of their combined use according to the international and domestic experience. Their application possibilities in Russian conditions are assessed. Modern trends in the formation and use of tools for population data digital collection are identified; their assessment is carried out, prospects of use in Russia are considered.
Relevance of research of construction company’s strategy implementation process is determined by the necessity to improve its competitiveness in conditions of instability and changes. The aim of the research is to specify the problematic aspects of a special stage of strategic management – the stage of strategy implementation. As a result, the following system of managerial actions and procedures for the strategy implementation process of a construction company was justified: creation of organizational conditions (changing the organizational structure and organizational culture of a construction company, system of motivation, staff competencies and management style); adjustment of a company's management system for achieving its strategic goals and objectives; creation of a special system for monitoring the process of strategy implementation; formation of a mechanism for adaptation of a strategy and / or external and internal environment of a construction company to achieve its strategic goals.
The urgency of improving methods of engineering and environmental survey of shore protection objects is determined by their existing disruptions, which violate environmental safety as a whole and create a danger for organization of tourism on the coast. The purpose of the study is to specify method of processing information on ecologically significant regularities of processes on the coast, which should be taken into account in the design of biopositive shore protection structures, based on in situ examination of coastal zones and the state of shore protection structures in the Crimea. During the monitoring, methods of field photo-fixation (in dynamics for 2015-2018), mathematical modeling (in determining the area of coast and beach loss), statistical generalizations (when identifying trends in the state of the coast ecology) are used. As a result, the nature and extent of deformations of the coastal zone of the sea and shore protection structures on the coast of the Kalamita Bay of the Black Sea in the area of the village of Peschanoe are identified. The loss of the coastal zone as a result of violations of reinforced concrete shore protection structures by 70-90%, as well as changes in beach areas (erosion, shortening of width, change in the quality of beach material) are revealed. The modeling of the process in the cliff in the zone of influence of the shore protection structures is performed. Studies have made it possible to assess the degree of influence of the technospheric elements (slope-step wave exclusion design) on the ecological state of the coastal zone and to determine the parameters of the organization of engineering and environmental monitoring in the development and operation of shore protection structures, using software.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
