Sistem informasi pengolahan data yang cepat dan akurat sangat dibutuhkan oleh berbagai pihak dalam dunia usaha terutama di bidang perbankan, sistem informasi pengadaan pada umumnya sangat diperlukan untuk mempercepat penyelesaian pekerjaan administrasi pada bagian unit pengadaan barang. PT. Bank ICBC Indonesia merupakan perbankan dinamis dan modern hampir semua pekerjaan di dukung dengan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi, namun ada bagian tertentu dalam prosesnya masih bersifat manual, kendala yang sering ditemukan di sini adalah kurang terkontrolnya proses pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang sehingga antara data yang tersedia dengan stok barang tidak sesuai. Permasalahan dokumetasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual serta kurang terkontrolnya proses pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang sehingga antara data yang tersedia dengan stok barang bisa tidak sesuai. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya sebuah sistem informasi pengadaan barang cetakan yang mampu meminimalisir kesalahan input sekaligus dapat menyajikan laporan yang lebih efisien dan akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype sebagai metode pengembangan aplikasi dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL dan adobe dreamweaver CS5 sehingga menghasilkan aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh unit kerja pengadaan barang dan jasa.
Cacao plants originated from South America, then spread to North America, Africa and Asia. In Indonesia, cocoa has been known since 1560, but has become an important commodity since 1951. Cacao commodity plays an important role in the national economy and is a national mainstay commodity. This shows that cocoa is one of the results of plantation commodities that have a high economic value and play an important role as a source of foreign exchange through exports, as well as encouraging the regional economy, especially in rural areas. But behind the high value of cocoa production, there are problems faced, including the low quality of cocoa in Indonesia because cocoa plantations in Indonesia are threatened by pests and plant diseases. Lack of information that is known by the plantation and cocoa farmers about the types of diseases that attack cocoa plants, causing many cocoa plants that are not handled properly. If this is allowed to continue it will impact on the declining quality and production of cocoa plants. Current advances in information technology, especially cellular phones, can be used as a means to improve public services, one of the results of the development of cellular technology is the birth of cellular phones with the android operating system. In this research produced if the symptoms data entered could not find the type of cocoa plant disease because the input data did not match any disease data in the database, the system would display the word "Can not find the disease you are looking for because it is not related to fruit rot disease, stem cancer, vascular antraknosem, streak dieback, upas fungus and root fungus ". From the data of symptoms, diseases and relations above, the algorithm is depicted using a decision tree. Decision tree is a picture of tracking symptoms, determining the disease and concluding results in the form of a solution. In this application, using the Forward Chaining method so that tracking begins with the selection of symptoms experienced then the results of the diagnosis in the form of cocoa plant diseases.
Peradangan hati merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang berpengaruh terhadap angka kesakitan, angka kematian, status kesehatan masyarakat, angka harapan hidup, dan dampak sosial ekonomi lainnya. Melakukan diagnosa dini pada penyakit ini adalah sesuatu yang sangat penting agar dapat secara cepat ditangani dan diobati. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan mengaplikasikan dan membandingkan beberapa metode klasifikasi data mining dan optimasi dengan particle swarm optimization (pso), diantaranya Algoritma C4.5, Naïve Bayes, C4.5 dengan pso, dan Naïve Bayes dengan pso untuk mendiagnosis penyakit peradangan hati, kemudian membandingkan mana dari beberapa metode tersebut yang paling akurat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa metode C4.5 dengan pso merupakan metode terbaik dengan akurasi 79,51% dan nilai under the curva (AUC) 0,950, kemudian metode Naive Bayes dengan pso memiliki akurasi 79,28% dan nilai AUC sebesar 0,739, kemudian metode C4.5 dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 70,99% dan nilai AUC sebesar 0,950, selanjutnya metode Naive Bayes dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 66,14%, dan nilai AUC sebesar 0,742. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa optimasi particle swarm optimization dapat meningkatkan kinerja metode klasifikasi yang digunakan
Child Friendly Integrated Public Space or also known by the abbreviation RPTRA is the concept of public space in the form of green open spaces or parks that are equipped with various interesting games. Currently RPTRA is already widely available in all DKI Jakarta, especially in Central Jakarta, but there are still many people who do not know the location of the location of RPTRA. The dijkstra algorithm applied to this Android-based RPTRA geographic information system application in the City of Central Jakarta is to use google maps as a navigation map, where the Algorithm: {When users select the Map menu in the main menu, users will see maps and points of all RPTRA locations in Central Jakarta City, select one of the RPTRA location points, after the user selects one RPTRA location point, select the image on the right bottom route, then the user will go to google maps to get the route to the selected RPTRA. } The location of RPTRA directly takes coordinates at each RPTRA located in Central Jakarta City. The results achieved in testing the application went well able to provide accurate data on the location points of RPTRA in Central Jakarta.
Billing management system and services at PT. Media Prima Jaringan is still not properly and efficiently recorded. Data management and recording still uses manual processes and paper media so that errors can occur in calculating Customer Service bills. So that customer complaints often occur due to inappropriate bill values, late payments until service termination occurs. In addition to complaints, company customers will also experience losses from dissatisfied customers who switch to other providers because they stop subscribing to the service. With the development of an online billing system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for companies to manage invoices and customer data and avoid billing errors. In developing a system, systematic steps are needed to produce a good and quality information system that can be used by users. The fundamental stages in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage and the maintenance stage. One of the SDLC development models is Rapid Application Development (RAD) which prioritizes a relatively short development time of around 60-90 days. In addition to using the RAD model for system development, the author also uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool in the design stage. The programming language used to build this information system uses PHP (Hypertext Pre-processor) by implementing the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database. The implementation of the RAD method for the development of an online billing system takes 45 days of development. The intensity of the discussions that were carried out during development helped the programmer team complete the program design more quickly. The increase in company revenue increases after the system is running and customer complaints are also reduced.
