TOPER (a Tool for Organizational Past Experience Reuse) employs TIM (Triple Integrated Methodology) that triple integrates development guidelines, design patterns and Usability Tri-parametric Artifacts (UTA). Guidelines are set up in a knowledge-based structure, where guidelines are viewed as general knowledge. Patterns and/or Usability Tri-parametric Artifacts are triggered by the appropriate guidelines. Human factors assistance and approval of preset and adapted guidelines and patterns is required. UTAs are derived from the developers' collaborative work. Guidelines, patterns and UTAs make up the content of the organizational memory stored in the knowledge base. The Triple Integrated Methodology (TIM) helps software developers by 1) Choosing the depth and detailed level of guidance and help they acquire. 2) Providing criteria for human factors review of software development efforts. 3) Participate in setting up the Organizational Memory (OM), as well as, simplifying the Organizational Learning (OL) process.
