The effective removal of aniline and its derivatives from wastewater is very important due to the high toxicity. Adsorption with a high-performance adsorbent is an efficient pathway. A novel activated carbon, ACUF-700, was synthesized using homemade ureaformaldehyde resin as the major carbon source carbonized at 700 o C. ACUF-700 is characterized by surface area analyzer, FTIR, elemental analyzer, and SEM. The adsorption properties of ACUF-700 towards anilines are also investigated by using batch methods. The test results showed that the ACUF-700 possesses higher specific surface area and narrower pore size distribution. In virtue of its developed pore structure and nitrogencontaining chemical groups, the adsorption capacities towards aniline, p-toluidine and p-chloroaniline could reach 95.6, 108.1 and 128.9 mg/g, respectively. The adsorption process could be well described by the intra-particle mass transfer diffusion model and Sips model. Besides, ACUF700 was regenerated easily using diluted hydrochloric acid solution as eluent and ACUF700 possesses better reusability.
Subsidy of urban public transport is very important to institutional arrangements for supplying public traffic service. As a government intervention means, it reflects profound relation with local authority and operating enterprises of public transport. In such sense, the subsidy reform can be regarded as reconstructing relationship with government and enterprises and regenerating mode of operating, which is a part of the reforms of China's transition to a socialist market economy. This paper treats the subsidy as an incentive design, analyses the problems of traditional framework of subsidy mechanism for urban public transport in China, discusses the relationship between public transport enterprises and government, tries to reconstruct framework of subsidy mechanism, and studies on institutional arrangement of subsidy with applying competitive franchising system. As a result, the goal of promoting the development of china's urban public transport in the future, decreasing government public financial supports and maximizing the social efficiency can be realized.
The construction of the high-speed rail (HSR) network in China has greatly weakened the spatial barriers to the flow of production resources, which has become a key factor affecting the spatial layout of the producer service industry. Based on the panel data of 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2005 to 2018, this paper uses a multi-phase difference-in-difference (DID) model to examine the impacts of HSR services on the agglomerations of the producer service industry and its subdivision industries from two perspectives, namely, specialized agglomeration and diversified agglomeration. The results show that: (1) on the whole, the opening of an HSR has a significant positive effect on the specialized agglomeration of the producer service industry and a significant negative effect on the diversified agglomeration; (2) in terms of subdivision industries, there exists significant industrial heterogeneity in the agglomeration effect of the producer service industry under HSR services, regardless of whether it is a specialized agglomeration or a diversified agglomeration; among them, the financial industry belongs to the “highly significant promotion” industry, while the other four subdivision industries belong to the “highly significant inhibition” industry.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
