Based on extensive field collections (2000-2014) in Kazakhstan and a review of the material in the National Institute of Zoology of Kazakhstan, we identified 68 species of aquatic Hemiptera from 11 families. Most species have broad zoogeographic distribution, dominated by West Eurasian fauna (18 species) and West Palearctic fauna (10 species). Details of habitats, feeding types, and life history are included for the described species.
As a result of research in 2019, 21 species out of 7 families of Hemoptera were identified in the Charyn State National Natural Park. From these species composition, 14 species are zoophages; the remaining 7 species are zoophytophages. Identified all species have a wide selection of hunting objects, feed on aquatic invertebrates, including regulating the numbers of blood-sucking mosquito larvae (Culicidae). The main purpose of the research is to identify the species composition of the aquatic hemiptera Charyn State National Natural Park. Here, a systematic special study of the fauna of the aquatic hemiptera was not carried out before. Only 2 articles on half-winged animals have been published. Aquatic Hemiptera insects by species diversity and environmental features are one of the groups most suitable for its use in various environmental studies; they are well adapted to various environmental conditions.
As a result of the research performed at SNNP “Kolsai Koldery”, we noted 26 species of hemipterans, belonging to 3 families. According to nutrition connections the identified hemipterans are 6 species are phytophages: polyphages (4 %), wide oligophages (22 %), 1 species - zoophytophage (4 %), the remaining 16 species are mycetophages (70 %). By confinement to the habitats, the hemipterans of SNNP “Kolsai Koldery”are divided into several groups: dendrobionts (15 species), hortobionts (6 species), herpetobionts (2 species). On the territory of SNNP “Kolsai Koldery”according to ecological features, all identified species are mesophiles. For the true bugs of SNNP “Kolsai Koldery” all known types of voltinism are characteristic: monovoltinism (6 species), bivoltinism (1 species), acyclic species (16 species).
A biodiversity inventory of the woody of five families protected areas of the Charyn SNNP. The research revealed 30 species of predatory hemipterans from 5 families: Nabidae (4 species), Anthocoridae (12 species), Reduviidae (3 species), Miridae (5 species), Pentatomidae (6 species). According to trophic specialization, they are zoophages. According to the number of generations per year, they are divided into 3 groups: Monaovoltine (18 species), bivoltine (5 species), polyvoltine (6 species) and 1 species has an unknown number of generations. Among the predatory hemipterans of the Charyn SNNP, 21 species hibernate in the imago stage, 3 species -in the imago and larva stage and 6 species -in the egg stage. According to ecological features, all types aremesophila. Associated to the habitats of the Charyn SNNP the hemipterans are divided into several groups: dendrobionts (15 species), dendro-tamnobionts (2 species), dendro-tamnohortobionts (2 species), dendro-hortobionts (9 species), tamna-hortobiont (1 species), eurybiont (1 species). 2 species are included in the Red book of the Almaty region: Armacustos and Zirconia erulea.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
