Dezember 1969) ZUSAMMENFASSUNG: Die Reaktion von Trichloracetylchlorid mit Polyglykolen verschiedener Molekulargewichte kann man in Substanz oder in Dimethylformamidlosung durchfiihren. Man kann auf diese Weise aus den Polyglykolen quantitativ die Bis-trichloracetate herstellen, wobei keine Kettenspaltung eintritt. Aus dem Chlorgehalt dieser Polymeren erhalt man genauere Werte fur das Zahlenmittel des Polymerisationsgrades als mit anderen chemischen oder physikalischen Methoden. Die Initiierung der Polymerisation mit Hilfe des Donator-Akzeptor-Komplexes (DA) aus SO2 und Pyridin in Gegenwart von Bis-trichloracetaten der Polyglykole ermoglicht es, Polyglykol/Polymethylmethacrylat-Blockcopolymere zu synthetisieren.
S U F M A R Y :IBis-trichloroacetates of polyethylen-oxides have been obtained quantitatively and without any chain scission by reaction of trichloracetylchloride on polyoxyethylenglycols of various molecular weights, either in bulk or in dirnethyliormamide solution. Determination of chlorine in the high molecular weight polymers gives an excellent measure of the number average molecular weights, more accurate than the values obtained by other chemical or physical methods.\Initiationof methylmethacrylate polymerization using the charge transfer complex SOz-pyridin in presence of bis-trichloroacetates enables to prepare polyoxyethylene/polymethylmethacrylate block-copolymers.
The zinc concentration in normal human aqueous humor was determined with the help of an atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The mean value was 0.359 ppm with a scatter range of 0.27 to 0.44 ppm. The spectrophotometer permits simultaneous determination of two metals, in this case zinc and copper. It was possible to demonstrate an interaction of the two metals.
