This work refers to a conceptual paper that sought to discuss through bibliographies, the subjects of innovation and Big Data. The question that based this study was to verify the bibliographical evidence of innovation with Big Data analytics on platforms in companies. The subjects focused in this research are related to Big Data, innovation Platform and Big Data Analytics and are related to the intention to demonstrate the use and application of Big Data in enterprises. The results show that companies need to be prepared with a strategy for innovation through innovation platform for efficient use of the large amount of data available so that companies sustains innovation through Big Data. The contributions of this work are aimed at advancing the debate of a topic still on the rise and the practical use of this tool as a competitive advantage for companies.
In this study, we explore how institutional theory and its many subareas contributes, are utilized and applied to the area of higher education management’s research by their scholars. For this purpose, we performed a bibliometric analysis on 659 papers extracted from Web of Science database. As results we indicate five main clusters as foundation to the field: institutional theory; economic impact of entrepreneurship and universities; competitiveness of universities as businesses; service quality and; measurement and development of models for higher education. And 7 main clusters as subfields of research: Institutional Multiplicity; Institutional pressures on Higher Education; Higher Education Efficiency; Leadership in Higher Education; Entrepreneurial Higher Education; Academy & Professional relations and; Quality and Satisfaction in Higher Education.
ResumoO artigo apresentado tem por objetivo analisar se os consumidores estão dispostos e até quanto pagariam para adquirir produtos orgânicos em relação aos produtos tradicionais de uma indústria de cereais do interior do Paraná, sendo escolhidos para o trabalho, os três mais vendidos pela organização: Milho para pipoca, Amendoim e Canjiquinha. O estudo em questão foi aplicado a 221 consumidores em dois supermercados localizados em Cascavel – PR e os resultados foram analisados pelo modelo Bertolini (2009) adaptado. O estudo demonstrou que há consumidores dispostos a pagarem um valor adicional por produtos orgânicos, como também gerou um estudo preliminar em relação aos custos e retornos que a empresa pode sofrer com a oferta dos produtos orgânicos, demonstrando que podem comercializar esses produtos no mercado a um custo unitário superior ao tradicional, além de que foi possível identificar que os consumidores que não pagariam a mais pelo produto orgânico continuariam a consumir o produto tradicional. AbstractThe presented article aims to examine whether consumers are willing to pay and how much they are willing to expend for organic products over traditional products of a cereal industry of Paraná state, for this case the three most sold produtcs by the organization was chosen: Maize popcorn, Peanuts and ground corn grits. The study in question was administered to 221 consumers in two supermarkets located in Cascavel - PR and the results were analyzed by adapted Bertolini model (2009). The study showed that there are consumers willing to pay an additional amount for organic products, but also generated a preliminary study on the costs and returns that the company may suffer by offering these organic products, demonstrating that they can offer these products to the market with a higher unit cost than the traditional, and also it was possible to identify that consumers who would not pay more for organic products continue to consume traditional product.
Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a composição do Qualis Periódicos para os campos que compõem a ampla gama de ciências sociais aplicadas e sua influência no Qualis dos Periódicos Científicos em Administração. Para isso, buscamos dados secundários de relatórios e documentos no campo obtidos a partir dos sites da CAPES e do Ministério da Educação sobre os critérios de avaliação e Qualis em adição aos artigos em que este assunto é discutido. Os resultados mostram que os critérios utilizados na Administração são diferentes dos outros campos, que convergem entre si. Os resultados também mostram que a maioria dos periódicos A1 regulares de todo o campo das ciências sociais aplicadas são publicados no idioma Inglês. Concluímos que os critérios da Administração são bastante diferentes dos critérios utilizados nos outros campos e propomos novas discussões.
