Penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang baik dalam penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Governance belum terlaksana dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Governance Di Kantor Distrik Merauke Kabupaten Merauke. Data analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan teknik analisa data, penulis menggunakan tiga tahap : Reduksi data, Penyajian data, dan Penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance di Kantor Distrik Merauke Kabupaten Merauke sudah optimal yang di lihat dari beberapa aspek yaitu akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi, supremasi hukum. Dari segi akuntabilitas menunjukkan bahwa para pegawai Kantor Distrik Merauke sangat mempertanggungjawabkan semua hasil kerjanya. Dari aspek transparansi menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Distrik Merauke dalam hal memberikan informasi sangat terbuka karena masyarakat yang sedang mengurus surat-surat administrasi atau KTP yang belum mengetahui syarat-syarat pengurusan pegawai Kantor Distrik Merauke langsung memberitahukan informasi yang dibutuhkan masyarakat. Dari aspek partisipasi masyarakat sangat antusias dalam ikut berpartisipasi dalam penerapan good governance. Penegakan hukum yang berlaku di Kantor Distrik Merauke yakni berupa teguran-teguran yang langsung diberikan oleh Kepala Distrik. Jika pegawai yang menyalahi aturan tersebut tidak bisa di tangani langsung di serahkan kepada Sekertaris Daerah untuk ditindak lanjuti.

The system that Indonesia is currently using as a form of realizing people's sovereignty is to hold elections. Both elect legislators and presidents who in principle are to make the community prosperous and prosperous by maximizing the available potential by managing natural resources in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution Article 33 Paragraph 1 to Paragraph 4. The purpose of this paper is to find out the benefits from elections for the welfare of the people. This assessment method uses a qualitative approach by tracing matters of public benefit to the electoral system and using data search techniques in the form of literature reviews or literature studies and using triangulation techniques to validate the data the authors get from library research. The results of the study show that elections are useful as a tool for democracy, a means of community participation, solutions to change leadership, legitimizing elected leaders, where people submit their aspirations, socialize and establish relationships.

Agropolitan is the result of an approach to develop theories based on the agricultural sector by providing urban services in rural areas or with other terms used by Friedman being a “city in the Fields”. Departing from this, the government of Merauke Regency launched the city of Merauke as the city of Agropolitan because the local district has potential land in agriculture and has several other supporting aspects. This research aims to allow us to create and analyze how Agropolitan policy implementation and what are the supporting and inhibitory factors of the policy implementation in the policy-making especially for Development of Agropolitan areas. This research uses a qualitative method whereby the research method used to examine on the condition of a natural object, where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection techniques are done in a triangulation (combined) data analysis is inductive, and the result of qualitative research emphasizes more on the meaning of generalization. Adapaun where this research is in KampaungWasur in Merauke Sub-district of Merauke Papua. The result of this research was the implementation of Agropolitan policy in KampungWasur conducted by the government. The research method used in this study is qualitative, which is to gain an understanding of an event on the ground about human actions under certain conditions translated according to the researcher's thinking. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Then the data collection technique is done by conducting obesitrvasi to the first research place, then conducting interviews with several informants and documentation of the results of the study. The results showed that the quality of service, namely the actions of gapoktan managers, was good. The leader of the peasant group provides information when there are things that are considered important to create a conducive peasant group atmosphere. Then, a combination of farming groups is always listening to complaints and providing solutions or taking action to answer the complaints. And from the aspect of responsibility gapoktan has carried out obligations in fulfilling the duty of service to the members even though it is not yet maximal.
