Cyber Diplomacy is a domain of diplomacy concerned with the intersection between international relations and the research, implementation and regulation of digital technologies, as well as the management of their consequences, including advanced ones such as Artificial Intelligence and blockchain. This article presents a blockchain-based application meant to facilitate the digital component of cyber diplomacy, by allowing diplomats to communicate securely in an ever-more challenging environment for communications security.
