The expectation that vaccines would solve the COVID-19 problem through herd immunity, which followed logical deductions from inflammatory phenomena in which Mechnikov and his contemporaries described immunity as originating from the elimination of pathogens by a system of cells and substances which has since been named the immune system which would prevent onward transmission of the pathogen, has failed to find representation in reality. But upon illustrating the reality in which the immunological phenomena through which immune mechanisms protect us from the pathological manifestations that occur in response to the pathogen, they were found to be brought about by the attenuation of the causative influence of the same pathogen from a prior infection and an entity that is immunologically-linked with the pathogen from vaccination so that the single pathway through which such pathological manifestations are brought in response to these influences are blocked and infection with the pathogen remains asymptomatic for as long as either or both of the conditions that hive rise to different but connected paths to immunity persist. Rather than asymptomatically hosted variants and subvariants to have become masters in the art of escaping the system which we have described as immune for in the absence of knowledge of reality for severe manifestations to occur in both the vaccinated and unvaccinated or to have become more transmissible for surges of COVID-19 hospitalizations and death to occur, it is these protective conditions that give rise to immunity that needs to disappear. And the higher likelihood of one path disappearing in the unvaccinated than both disappearing in the vaccinated explains why the unvaccinated are at greater risk of such unfortunate events. If we will put an end to such deaths which claimed the lives of millions prematurely during this pandemic and prevent those which may decimate our populations if pathological manifestations such as malignancies should appear catastrophically in our species as they did in Tasmanian devils, an understanding of the immunological nature of the pathological effects of the pathogens that are linked with these manifestations, which will enable us to keep both conditions stable in the vaccinated until eradication occurs, must be our topmost research priority now.
Logical deductions from experimental data have been unable to explain the origin of the current monkeypox outbreaks in multiple countries. But upon illustrating the reality in which these outbreaks occur, it was found to be that in which different diseases of the same immunological nature, the nature that permits them to be rendered asymptomatic simultaneously without the elimination of their different causes, appear simultaneously when conditions that permitted immune mechanisms to bring about such protection disappear. An outbreak of such immunologically equivalent diseases therefore does not require the spread of those that are pathogens among the causes of such diseases to occur. And the manifestations of such diseases will become widespread in a population when factors that cause the disappearance of conditions that permitted them to be rendered asymptomatic by immune mechanisms become widespread in the population. If we will escape the threat that the catastrophically widespread appearance of manifestations such as Ebola and malignancies will pose to our species, our topmost research priority ought to be the immunological nature of the pathological effects of the pathogens that are linked with them.
The logically deduced conception of the pathological manifestations that follow infection with SARS-CoV-2 as manifestations of a single transmissible disease that this coronavirus causes disagrees with experience and poses insurmountable difficulties. But a new concept of the nature of infectious diseases emerges upon illustrating reality with a superior method of obtaining knowledge which makes logical deductions only to obtain consequences which must agree perfectly with experience if indeed our hypotheses are the knowledge we require to solve longstanding problems. This new concept, which corresponds perfectly with the data of experience, also demonstrates itself to be the practically valuable concept that the acceleration of medical progress requires.
Logical deductions from experience must necessarily attribute cardiac related deaths that occur within a short period of vaccination to vaccines. But upon illustrating reality in which immunological concepts which have eluded us since the time of Pasteur are represented, it was found that such cardiac related deaths do not occur in response to the vaccine but rather because the protective conditions that are necessitated by the response to the vaccine do not appear before exposure to the causes of the different diseases that co-manifest to bring about severe outcomes such as these cardiac related deaths. Vaccines continue to necessitate the appearance of such protective conditions. It is humankind who have failed to ensure that such necessitated conditions appear before the vaccinated are exposed to the causes of such diseases and persist in the face of causes. The elucidation of such immunological conditions and the factors that cause their appearance upon necessitation by vaccines therefore ought to be our topmost priority now.
Tens of millions are killed by diseases in spite of the laudable effort of our healthcare teams every single year that the problem of the mechanisms of immunity, which are currently described as those that perceive pathogens to be invaders which must be detected and eliminated, remains unsolved. But this problem is not longstanding because of the complexity of its nature but rather because the theory of immunity was logically deduced from inflammatory phenomena in which phagocytosing cells that envelope and store foreign entities are mobilized to sites of cell death even in the absence of pathogens. While the nature of immunity has been seen in the light of these logical deductions as defence against pathogens, when it really is survival in the face of pathological manifestations that occur in response not only to the effects of pathogens but also to the effects of sterile factors. An illustration of the reality in which immune mechanisms reduce the severity of diseases to ensure our survival in immunological phenomena reveals the nature of immunity to be the reduction of the severity of diseases in spite of the presence of their causes which occurs when conditions that permit such mechanisms to attenuate the influence of such causes on the pathological mechanisms that respond to the death of cells in inflammatory phenomena. And our topmost research priority now ought to be an illustration of reality which enables us to understand so well as to be able to stabilize such conditions that give rise to the immunity we obtain by means of infection and vaccination by permitting immune mechanisms to attenuate the influence on pathological mechanisms through which pathogens and sterile factors cause diseases so that the manifestations of such diseases fail to appear irrespective of how high their loads in the body may be.
