This study aimed to analyze the impact of Materialism, Self-Control and Motivation on the Behavior of Family Financial Management in East Penfui Village, Center Kupang District, Kupang Regency. This type of research used survey method, with a qualitative description approach. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study was the residents of Dusun 1 East Penfui Village with the total of 318 families (KK). The sample of research using purposive sampling and Slovin formula. The sample of research taken as many as 76 respondents. The results of this study indicated that Materialism, Self-Control and Motivation behave well to the Financial Management of families in the Dusun 1 East Penfui Village. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan dividen dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan yang berada dalam perusahaan sub sektor tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 perusahaan yang berada dalam perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor tekstil dan garment. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: (1) Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Tekstil dan Garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018 yang melakukan kebijakan dividen; (2) Perusahaan yang melaporkan laporan keuangan pada periode 2014-2018; (3) Perusahaan tidak berada dalam kondisi krisis, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel (Pooled Data). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan; (2) profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan; (3) kebijakan dividen dan profitabilitas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan; (4) Model pendekatan fixed effect model layak sebagai pengujian model. Melalui penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi bagi perusahaan untuk dapat mengelola aset dan dana perusahaan untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan melalui harga saham serta mampu mengelola aset dan dana yang berasal dari investor secara efektif dan efisien.

The performance of conventional banking and sharia banking had a major role for the economy inIndonesia when the global economic crisis was 2008. The crisis that occurred in the United Statesaffected the development of banking performance in Indonesia. The research aims to determine thecomparison of financial performance of Sharia banks and conventional banks before, during, andafter the global economic crisis of 2008. Samples in this study were 3 conventional banks and 3sharia banks. Sampling technique is the purposive sampling method, which the criteria are basedon the banking financial report in the year of 2007-2009. The analytical methods in this study usefinancial ratios and the indicators are Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Assets (ROA), Loan toDeposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Load/Operating Income (BOPO) and Non Performing Loan(NPL). The results of this study showed that conventional banking performance was more effectivethan sharia banking before, during and after the economic crisis of 2008. According to Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance, the President as the Head of Government holds the power to manage state finances as part of government power and power over the management of state finances is used to achieve state goals. However, to assist the Head of Government's duties, this power is delegated to the Minister of Finance, the Minister / head of the institution as the Budget User / Property User of the state ministries / institutions he leads and to the governor / regent / mayor as the head of the regional government.Financial management stages consist of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability and supervision. Everything has been regulated in Law No.17 of 2003 on State Finance. In Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance, particularly articles 1 and 2, it is explained that what is meant by State Finance is all the rights and obligations of the state that can be valued in money, as well as everything in the form of money or in the form of goods that can be made state property related to the implementation of these rights and obligations. This research aims to analyze the literacy levels of Oesapa Market traders. This research is a quantitative descriptive by using survey method. There are four indicators that used in this research, that indicators are: 1) Financial Knowledge,2) Financial Behaviour, 3) Financial attitudes and 4) Banking Technology. The population in this study was all traders in Oesapa Market and the sample in the study were 90 respondents from the entire population. Primary data were obtained from respondents by using questionnaires and direct interview with each respondents. The result of this research shows that literacy level of Oesapa Market traders be in moderate level which is for financial knowledge, financial behaviour and financial attitude be in moderate level, while banking technology conception in low levels. But for totality literacy level is moderat, it means that Oesapa Market traders have a knowledge and belief to Financial institution but they are not skilful to use products/services of financial institution.
