The concept of a multidisciplinary approach to assessing the resource of individual components of the machine by combining database information based on simulation techniques and functional tensomethration is proposed. Simulations determine the reperative points of the tendometric sensors. The creation of a diagnostic model using basic concepts of information theory has allowed the development of a synergistic model for the recognition of the area of displacement of areas of uncertainty, which will ensure the identification of the defect (risk-denial). The formation of an electronic database of parametric data on the nature of loads as a diagnostic indicator of the change in the accuracy of pairing in machine systems is justified. Experimental studies were conducted on the model of the quick-capler. Hierarchical structuring of the machine to the level of mating parts with digital control of the criticality of the magnitude of external and internal loads ensures reliability control throughout the entire service life of the machine. When disposing of machines, this data allows you to obtain information about the residual resources of the elements for their reuse or the feasibility of restoration. This, in turn, will ensure the environmental friendliness and economy of the process.
Production of construction materials every year production increases, thus increasing emissions pollutants into the atmosphere subjected to cleaning. At the enterprises of building materials production equipment becoming outdated both morally and physically exhausted their useful life. Technological design standards in the operation of purification equipment has undergone a number of changes. There are a large number of works devoted to the theory of cyclone separation. They examined calculation method and to determine the minimum size of particles is separated completely from the air stream in a cyclone. In theory, the high efficiency cyclones are relatively small separation of particles from the air stream. The experiments show that certain fractions of full capture occurs from the cyclones and out relatively large particles. Designed dust device hubs. They capture dust particles with low specific density and smaller than 5-10 microns. Rational use of hubs is achieved in the aspiration systems high performance. They are placed in front of or between the filter and the cyclone filter. Hub much reduces the amount of dust-laden air directed onto a thin cleaning. This reduces energy consumption for manufacturing as a whole, as well as, due to a possible decrease in performance fine filters, reducing their initial cost, metal consumption, maintenance costs and reduce the area occupied by them.
The article analyzes the effectiveness of the use of multifunctional machines when performing work in the field of urban planning and environmental design. It has been established that unification ensures a reduction in the cost of equipment operation and allows to increase the rationality of using the working bodies according to their functional characteristics. The authors evaluated the typical nomenclature rows of quick couplers. It has been revealed that the variety of quick couplers offered by manufacturers does not allow to determine a common design feature, and to use it for unification for various classes of machines. In this regard, the authors take its weight to the mass of the base machine during the unification of standard-size series, as a main parameter. The paper develops a technique for unification of quick couplers. Then, the authors modify the mathematical model for estimating the cost of standard sizes of quick couplers according to the exponents and proportionality coefficients. They propose a parametric unification for 14 rows of the main parameter of the quick coupler. Finally, the paper develops a model for estimating the range of parametric applicability of various quick coupler constructions.
