In this article theoretical aspects of labor productivity and its roles in the stable development of economy are studied. The main purposes of providing the growth of labor productivity as the basis of sustainable economical development are viewed. The relevance of elaboration of a concept of sustainable development of labor is explored. The indicators of the current level of indicators of labor productivity in the regional context and in industries are analyzed. The main problems are identified, the solution of which makes it possible to implement the National project of Labor Productivity and employment support of the Russian Federation. Sustainable economic development is associated not only with the progress of the information technology and innovation industry, but also with the improvement of the labor market where new jobs, professions and personnel are created. In this regard, the relevance of diagnosing labor productivity in the regional aspect is due to the fact that this indicator reflects the effectiveness of the national and regional economies, the production efficiency, characterizes the use of living labor in the production process and ultimately determines the standards of living of the population. In this regard, increasing labor productivity is one of those national goals that are being addressed not only at the federal, but also at a regional level. The higher labor productivity is, the higher economic growth, the level of protection of the national economy from external challenges and threats from the instability of world markets are.
Purpose -The purpose of this paper is to analyze the design experience of creation of passenger airplane families. Methods of taking into account future modifications for family creation during the design of the basic airplane are proposed. Design/methodology/approach -Trend analysis of airplane data was based on available statistics and previous research results by using a systematic approach. Proposed methods are based on practical experience and aircraft design theory. Findings -The paper provides the results of analysis of creation of passenger airplane families. It suggests that reserves should be allocated during design of the first family member to ensure successful creation of other members. A method based on aircraft fleet optimization is suggested for determining these reserves.Research limitations/implications -The field of research connected to aircraft fleet creation methods still remains largely unexplored. The paper presents a systematic general concept, which the researchers are encouraged to develop further (e.g. for aircraft of different types and purpose than presented in the paper). Practical implications -The paper proposes transferring from "point optimization" of aircraft during early design stages to inclusion of reserves into the project, which would be used for aircraft family creation. Originality/value -The paper studies the problem of taking into account the necessity for airplane family creation during the early stages of airplane design and offers an approach to its solution. It could be of interest to aircraft design specialists.
The article discusses financial management methods and ways to optimize costs. Management of the cost of production of enterprises is a systematic process of formation of costs for the production of all products and the cost of individual products, control over the fulfillment of tasks to reduce the cost of production, identification of reserves for its reduction. Enterprise cost management is a component of the enterprise management system as a whole. Therefore, in general terms, let us dwell on some aspects of enterprise management in order to understand the essence of cost management. Management - the activities of an enterprise aimed at realizing the objectives of the management object, subject to the rational use of available resources.
The article presents the results of a theoretical and empirical study of the leading trends and the latest trends in the development of modern agricultural cooperatives (with an illustration of many years of experience and grandiose achievements in the activities of the world famous multinational dairy cooperative “Arla Foods”), due to various changes in the external environment (market, institutional, political, technological) and determining, as a result, significant changes in the requirements for the quality of human capital. Important scientific conclusions (according to the topic) were obtained on the basis of studying the dynamics of the formation and development of the Arla Foods cooperative, generalizing materials regarding its organizational transformations and mainly relate to (1) the importance of professional management for the success of the cooperative, (2) new requirements for the quality of human resources in connection with technological innovations (digitalization, for example), (3) the role of human capital available in cooperatives (its quality) in overcoming various threats and risks. The theoretical and practical value of the study lies, firstly, in the (scientifically grounded) concept of a modern agricultural cooperative presented in the work (using the example of Arla Foods as one of its most prominent representatives), and secondly, in the characteristics of the human capital of agricultural cooperatives, adequate to the essence of the evolutionary processes taking place with them.
The article analyses regulatory and technical documents that regulate the organizational and technological features of building production and establish the requirements for additional resource supply when developing a design and estimate documentation, depending on various climatic conditions of the winter period. Based on the assessment of the initial conditions, as well as the complicating factors of the production of works, taken into account as part of the current standards for winter appreciation, additional resource support for the production of work in the winter is justified. Additional resource support during winter work in areas exposed to winds with a speed of more than 10 m/s, as well as temporary heating and accelerated drying (outside the heating period) to eliminate the increased humidity of structures or work surfaces in the manufacture of finishing and other special works.
