Human rights and social justice are discussed in terms of their normative dimensions in this research. Human rights and social justice are seen as separate concepts in political theory today, with social justice being a set of greater egalitarian standards and human rights serving as baseline protections against frequent risks made by states to the general interests of those subjected to them. Human rights and social justice's normative domains are often viewed as distinct, but this study aims to challenge this perspective by outlining an egalitarian normative model of human rights, which better reflects an egalitarian understanding of social justice.
Many countries around the world rely heavily on tourism to support their economies. According to legend, Kashmir is known around the world as "The Paradise on Earth," because of its breath-taking beauty. Kashmir's natural beauty and rich cultural heritage are unrivalled anywhere on the planet. Every traveller fantasises about seeing Kashmir's lush green meadows, bubbling streams, and lily-covered lakes. Due to the on-going armed conflict that began in the early 1990s, this tourist destination has lost its appeal. When the tourism industry nearly collapsed in 1991, it had a significant impact on the entire state's economy, as well as individual households. Hundreds of thousands of people have died as a result of the chaos. Not only have precious lives been lost in Jammu and Kashmir, but the state's economy has also suffered a significant setback. Jammu and Kashmir has been undergoing political turmoil for the past 25 years. The tourism industry, without a doubt, has been hit the hardest by the on-going social and political unrest. The tourism industry has been hit just as hard as the allied industries, particularly Kashmiri art and craft. The present paper attempts to empirically study the impact of armed conflict on Kashmir's tourism. This supports the results, which were interpreted by the graphical representation.
For nearly three decades, Kashmir has "been suffering a chronic socio-political turmoil. Kashmir's social fabric has been torn apart by the ongoing fighting, which has impeded its physical infrastructure as well (creating social, economic and psychological problems). The strife in Kashmir has had devastating impacts, especially on the young people of the region. This report emphasises the extent to which the violence has impacted the lives of young people in Kashmir and their opportunities for gainful employment. As well as the impact that "violation of fundamental rights" has had on young people in Kashmir.
Cyber security is also referred to as information security or computer security. Additionally, this book provides an overview of the history of cyber security. As part of our research, we sought to discover what the repercussions of cyber-violence, harassment, and discrimination against women would be in a patriarchal culture. This paper examines the realities on the ground - how well Indian laws protect women (and girls) and create an environment where they can safely use the internet. The Union Ministry of Women and Child Development has acknowledged the seriousness of cyber-crime and the need for coordinated efforts to combat it.
