In this paper, the CsPbBr 3 quantum dot solid powder with excellent luminescence performance was prepared by using APTES and APTMS as silane by simple normal temperature method, and the influence of Cs + concentration on its luminescence performance and stability was studied in detail. With the increase of Cs/Pb ratio, PL wavelength shows redshift slightly. Proper Cs/Pb ratio is crucial to quantum yield, and the stability of quantum dot powder is improved under Cs-rich condition. This work offers a good guideline for the preparation of CsPbBr 3 quantum dot power for LED illumination and display.
