Catur Insan Cendekia University is one of the universities in Cirebon City which is based on technology and management. As an educational institution that has a technopreneur campus slogan, many Catur Insan Cendekia University students have implemented entrepreneurship courses and have developed into new entrepreneurial owners scattered on various social media. However, due to limited space and marketing reach in the campus area, many academicians do not see the product / service offerings made by Catur Insan Cendekia University students. So a work program called Waroeng Mahasiswa was launched by BKM CIC with the aim of being a space for students to market their products / services in the Catur Insan Cendekia University campus area. The Waroeng Mahasiswa work program will be developed into a web-based marketplace application made using the PHP programming language. This marketplace application will also be equipped with an online payment system that is integrated with Midtrans as a payment gateway service provider to make the transaction process faster, easier and more practical.
— The design of the Tri Dharma Collaboration Data Archive Management Information System of the University of Catur Insan Cendekia Cirebon aims to make it easier for the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) in archiving data on collaboration, research activities and community service carried out by lecturers. In designing this system, the author uses the alphabetical filing system method in the archiving method, this method is poured into the programming languages PHP and Javascript, then the collaboration data, research activities and community service will be stored in the MYSQL database, the software used is sublime text, XAMPP. , The browser and UML design making applications, and the hardware used is the Lenovo G41 notebook with a 2.2 GHz AMD A8 APU Radeon processor. Regarding the final results achieved, this application is expected to make it easier for LPPM to archive data on cooperation between the Tri Dharma University of Catur Insan Cendekia Cirebon University, the advantages of this system are its user-friendly appearance and easy to use, for deficiencies in the system data security is still not optimal, It is hoped that in developing this system data security can be improved again.Keywords — Alphabetical Filing System , Collaboration, Information System, Institute for Research and Community Service Abstrak— Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Arsip Data Kerjasama Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia Cirebon bertujuan agar mempermudah Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) dalam mengarsipkan data kerjasama, kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen.Dalam perancangan sistem ini, penulis menggunakan metode Alphabetical filing system dalam metode pengarsipannya, metode ini dituangkan pada bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Javascript, kemudian data kerjasama, kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan disimpan pada database MYSQL, software yang digunakan yaitu sublime text, XAMPP, Browser dan aplikasi pembuatan perancangan UML, dan hardware yang digunakan adalah notebook Lenovo G41 dengan processor AMD A8 APU Radeon 2.2 GHz. Menggunakan sistem untuk mendeteksi kebakaran adalah suatu pilihan yang berguna untuk memberikan keamanan ketika terjadi bencana kebakaran. Kemajuan teknologi di bidang elektronika berkembang sangat pesat dalam pembuatan alat-alat yang canggih, yaitu alat yang dapat memberikan banyak manfaat dan mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Munculnya masalah seperti ketika terjadi kebocoran gas LPG yang dapat menjadi pemicu kebakaran, atau ketika munculnya kobaran api yang bisa menyebabkan kebakaran yang lebih besar. Dalam penulisan ini dijelaskan perancangan sistem peringatan indikasi kebakaran di dapur rumah tangga berbasis Arduino Uno yang berfungsi sebagai pemberi peringatan ketika terdeteksi kebocoran gas LPG atau kobaran api. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut kemudian muncul gagasan untuk membuat sistem yang dapat memberikan alarm pemberitahuan. Sistem ini terdiri dari Arduino Uno sebagai pengendali utama dari sistem, Sensor Gas MQ2 sebagai pendeteksi kebocoran gas LPG, Sensor Api sebagai pendeteksi nyala api, Buzzer untuk mengeluarkan bunyi peringatan ketika terdeteksi kebocoran LPG atau kobaran api, dan Modul SIM800L yang berguna untuk mengirimkan pemberitahuan melalui SMS ke nomor yang didaftarkan sebelumnya. Untuk pemrograman Arduino menggunakan aplikasi Arduino IDE. Sistem ini nantinya ketika sensor gas atau sensor api mendeteksi kebocoran gas LPG atau kobaran api, data dari sensor tersebut diproses oleh Arduino Uno, kemudian Arduino Uno menyalakan Buzzer dan mengirimkan pemberitahuan melalui SMS ke nomor penerima yang dituju. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem peringatan indikasi kebakaran di dapur rumah tangga berbasi Arduino Uno. Kata kunci : Arduino , Sensor Gas, Sensor Api, Buzzer, Modul SIM800L
The scheduling of lectures is an important activity that is carried out every beginning of the semester. The process of making a lecture schedule in the Informatics Engineering Study Program of Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia Cirebon still uses office applications, so it takes a long time to complete. This is because certain criteria or conditions that make the scheduling of lectures complicated, such as the willingness of teaching days and courses for each lecturer to differ and the availability of parallel classes. The research methods used consist of several stages, namely data collection, analysis, and system design, as well as the implementation of software created. The method of data collection used is observation and library study. The method of analysis and design of the system used is Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA) using Unified Modelling Language (UML). Applications created using the PHP programming language with the Yii Framework and MySQL as databases, as well as applying genetic algorithms to solve scheduling problems. The result of this research is a lecture scheduling application used by BAAK Staff to create a lecture schedule in the Informatics Engineering Study Program. The application of this application can save time in the creation of lecture schedules.
