This paper is concert about the mechanical property of high strength and high toughness titanium alloy BTi-6554 (Ti-6Cr-5Mo-5V-4Al) bars. The results show that: in β-phase zone solid solution + aging treatment condition, the strength and fracture toughness of the alloy at room temperature can reach a higher level while inα+β)-phase solution + aging treatment condition, the plastic property is relatively high. Compared with Ti-1023 and VT22 alloy bars produced by the similar processing procedure, the alloy shows improved properties combined in strength and toughness. BTi-6554 is a new type of titanium alloy with high structural efficiency, and has a good prospect for commercial and application.
Rosin has been recognized as one of the most important renewable resources in the forest chemical industry. It is a complex mixture of acidic and neutral compounds. The isolation method, derivation and modification of rosin acids were summarized mainly, such as isomerization, disproportionation, hydrogenation, maleation and esterification of rosin acids were reviewed. It is considered that the derivation and modification of rosin acids is the most important way to use rosin in higher value.
Chinese gum rosin were digested by microwave-assisted sample digestion, and then the metal and semimetal elements in it were detected by inductive coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES). Most metal and semimetal elements mass fractions in gum rosin are less than 5.0mg/kg, among which mass fractions of Al, Ca, Fe, Mg, Na are relatively higher. Some metal and semimetal elements in gum rosin may influence auto-oxidative rate to bring about color changing.
