ABSTRAKTujuan -Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana gambaran tingkat kecukupan modal dan profitabilitas serta menguji pengaruh tingkat kecukupan modal terhadap profitabilitas pada Bank Umum Syariah Desain / metodologi / pendekatan -Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari dari masing-masing Bank Umum Syariah periode 2012-2016 dengan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Temuan -Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecukupan modal memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas.Orisinalitas -Perbedaan penelitian dengan penelitian sebelumnya adalah pada objek, populasi dan sampel penelitian, periode penelitian, alat ukur dan hasil penelitian. Kata kunci: Kecukupan Modal, Profitabilitas, Bank Syariah Pasal Jenis: Penelitian Studi Kasus ABSTRACTPurpose -The purpose of this research are to descript of capital adequacy, the descript of profitability, while the purpose of this study is to determine the description of perception capital adequacy to profitability in Islamic bank. Design / methodology / approach -Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data of each Islamic Bank period 2012-2016 with analysis technique using simple linear regression. Sampling in this research use purposive sampling. Findings -The result showed that the capital adequacy level has a positive effect to profitability. Originality -The difference of this research with previous research is on research object, population and research sample, research period, measuring instrument and research result.
