Latar Belakang: Seorang ibu hamil biasa mengalami kecemasan. Pada TM III kecemasan disebabkan oleh kekhawatiran menghadapi persalinan dan apakah bayinya lahir normal atau cacat. Kecemasan meningkatkan kadar norepinefrin dalam darah melalui stimulasi sistem saraf simpatis. Perubahan kimia ini menyebabkan kurangnya waktu tidur tahap IV NREM dan tidur REM serta lebih banyak perubahan dalam tahap tidur lain dan lebih sering terbangun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur pada ibu hamil trimester III di BPM Siti Sujalmi Socokangsi Jatinom. Metode: Desain penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini ibu hamil trimester III di BPM Siti Sujalmi Socokangsi Jatinom, sebanyak 40 responden dengan teknik total sampling. Alat pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner Hamilton Rating Scale For Anxiety (HRS-A) untuk mengukur tingkat kecemasan dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) untuk mengukur kualitas tidur. Analisis data yang digunakan chi square. Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan tingkat kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur pada ibu hamil trimester III di BPM Siti Sujalmi Socokangsi dengan P value sebesar 0,021. Simpulan : Ibu hamil trimester III dapat memperbaiki kualitas tidur dengan mengurangi aktivitas dan istirahat yang cukup, perasaan cemas dengan cara relaksasi, senam ibu hamil, dan yoga.
Teenager period is the most critical for development at a later stage in life. Many changes occur in individuals both physically and psychologically. Anemia is defined as a hemoglobin level of less than 12.0 gram/100 ml. In 2018, the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia was 21.7% with anemia patients aged 5-14 years at 26.4% while anemia patients aged 15-24 years was 18.4%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving green bean juice on hemoglobin levels on the eighth grade students of Jogonalan 1 Junior High School. The research method used was quantitative, preexperimental designs (Non-designs) with pretest-posttest with control group. The population was all eighth grade students of Jogonalan 1 Junior High School, namely 138 students. The sample used in this study was 24 students consisting of 12 case groups and 12 control groups. The results showed that green bean juice was effective for increasing hemoglobin levels with a p value of 0,000 (p˂0.05). The conclusion is green bean juice is effective for increasing hemoglobin levels. It is suggested that the school can work together with the canteen in providing green bean juice in order to prepare a generation that is not anemic.
Internet technology and social media have become increasingly widespread . Starting from the use of Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp. The role of parents becomes very important to care about adolescent reproductive health than the opinions or delusions of adolescents themselves. Parents must provide time to get information and pay attention to their teenage children, especially in sexual behavior. This situation can cause alarming problems because it can cause an increased risk of premarital sex, teen pregnancy, mental unpreparedness, increased risk of malignant disease. the purpose of the study to determine the effect of counseling parents use social media to teenage sexual behavior .Research is using design quasy experiment with the design of a one-group pre -post testdesign .We got 3 6 teen respondents .the sample selected by the method of purposive sampling . The instrument that is used is the questionnaire . The results showed that 8 adolescents had good sexual behavior (22.2%) , less sexual behavior of adolescents decreased to 8 adolescents (22.2%) . Wilcoxon test results show that p ( 0.022 ) ( <0.05) which means there is an influence from parents, especially counseling on adolescent sexual behavior. This shows that sexual behavior in adolescents has decreased with the involvement of parents in providing counseling.
