Abstract-With the increase in information on web, it becomes difficult to search for specific queries. Moreover, it is a time consuming task. Programmers have to devote their time for database creation and maintenance. In this paper we have presented two techniques which solve our searching and mapping problems. Object relational mapping helps to encapsulate the database details from the programmer. Hibernate technique is used to search queries for specific patterns and queries. Two different models of ORM are studied. It is proved that with the use of object relational mapping, a persistence layer is added. Hibernate technique when used with other techniques prove to be an efficient method of searching patterns.
Hydranencephaly (HE) is a rare congenital anomaly in which there is a complete or near complete absence of bilateral cerebral hemispheres which are replaced by a membranous sac filled with Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF). Thalami, brainstem, and cerebellar hemisphere are preserved. A small island of cerebral parenchyma may also be seen along the inner aspect of the calvarium. Several theories regarding its aetiopathogenesis have been postulated with the hypothesis of bilateral occlusion of supraclinoid segment of Internal Carotid Artery (ICA) being widely accepted. The authors present a case of a two-month-old male child presenting with increasing head size since birth, associated hydrocephalus and residual parenchymal sleeve visualised on neurosonogram and calcifications depicted on computed tomography. The diagnosis of Cytomegalovirus (CMV) was confirmed serologically and further neurosurgical consultation was advised for increasing head size secondary to hydrocephalus. The HE is usually detected in the second trimester, however can also occur in early or later gestation and has a very poor prognosis.
With an average incidence rate of 0.07-1.15%, foetal adenomyomatosis is a rare discovery during a third- trimester ultrasound. We describe a case of foetal adenomyomatosis that occurred at 37 weeks' gestation and was diagnosed 4 days after delivery. Clinicians must be aware of the implications of this illness and how to treat it effectively. A degenerative and proliferative condition called gall bladder adenomyomatosis is characterised by excessive epithelial proliferation along with muscularis propria hypertrophy. This results in intramural diverticula known as Rokitansky- Aschoff sinuses, which are mucosal outpouchings into or beyond the muscle layer (RAS). These sinuses get clogged with cholesterol crystals, which cause the comet tail artefacts on USG that are indicative of adenomyomatosis and are caused by reverberation artefacts. Because it is benign, there is typically no need for therapy. The condition resolves on its own and ultrasonography follow-up is necessary. Surgery is required when the condition is not resolving or the patient is symptomatic.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
