This research is to analyze the process of development of quality management by using the cycled approach of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) based on KPI (Key Performance Indicators). This research was conducted at SMP-SMA Integral Ar-Rohmah "Boarding School" Dau Malang by using descriptive qualitative methods. The object of this research is around 449 students at SMP-SMA Integral Ar-Rohmah Dau Malang. The research period is the even semester of the 2018/2019 school year. The results of this study can be concluded that; Planning (Plan), produces three KPI formulation products, namely; a) KPI monitoring; b) KPI filling formula; and c) KPI report card. Implementation (Do), by requiring all students to participate in filling the KPI monitoring form and activeness of the musyrif room in assisting the filling of KPI. Evaluation (Check) that has been carried out is by means of a random check (random) conducted by the room meeting from the results of filling KPI monitoring. The follow up (Act) is to publish KPI report cards.
This research is entitled Implications of the Concept of Islamization of Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi Science. Science is important in human life. God put knowledge as a matter that must not be abandoned. During this time the Islamic religion is believed to have a very important role in coloring the building of science. But in reality, the Muslim community seems to be forced to carry out secular teachings in life due to the swift currents of secularization. This condition is a concern of Islamic thinkers, because it can endanger the Islamic faith. It is in connection with this concern that ideas or ideas about the Islamization of science emerge as an attempt to neutralize the influence of modern western science. Al-Faruqi was one of the thinkers about Islamization. How is the concept of Islam? and what are the implications for life in Indonesia? The Islamization of knowledge is not only a discourse, but requires real implications to be useful for the wider community. Al-Faruqi has sought to realize the Islamization of knowledge by establishing Islamic study groups. The movement is carried out by sticking to the principles of monotheism so as not to deviate from religious teachings. Some developments have also taken place in Indonesia in response to the Islamization of science, including: the establishment of Islamic-based schools and the rise of cooperatives and Islamic banks.
Penelitian ini berjudul The Triangle Of Educational Leadership (Perspective on Al-Qur’an, Al-Hadits, and Scientific Theory). Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perspektif teori kepemimpinan terhadap Al-Qur’an, Al-Hadits, dan Teori Ilmiah, yang dikaitkan dengan kepemimpinan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa yang paling kuat dalam kepemimpinan adalah pengaruh. Teori ini dapat diterapkan pada kepemimpinan pendidikan. Penelitian ini hanya sebatas pada karakteristik kepemimpinan, selanjutnya teori kepemimpinan penelitian ini akan diterapkan pada kepemimpinan pendidikan. Dari hasil kajian kepemimpinan diatas penulis mengemukakan teori “The Triangle of Educational Leadership (Teori Segitiga Kepemimpinan)” yang berlandaskan Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadits dan dikorelasikan dengan teori keilmuan modern. Teori tersebut adalah “Influence (Pengaruh), Integrity (Integritas), Vision (Visi), Communicative (kemampuan berkomunikasi).
