Preeklamsia dan eklamsia diperkirakan menjadi penyebab utama kematian ibu dari 14% ibu yang melahirkan per tahun, yang pada saat yang sama juga dikaitkan dengan tingginya angka kematian ibu dan bayi serta angka morbiditas. Merujuk pada data RSUD Muhammad Sani Karimun bahwa 102 bayi lahir dengan persalinan normal, sedangkan 574 persalinan lainnya melalui operasi caesar dan juga 38 persalinan dengan persalinan vakum. Dari total persalinan yang disebutkan, terdapat 121 kasus preeklamsia dan 10 kasus eklamsia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor potensial pemicu terjadinya preeklamsia selama persalinan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain survey analitik case control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 218 ibu bersalin di RSUD Muhammad Sani Karimun tanggal Januari sampai Maret 2018 dengan jumlah sampel 60 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 37 responden (61,7%) berusia <20 tahun atau> 35 tahun mengalami preeklamsia, 56 responden (93,3%) pernah hamil tunggal, 57 responden (95%) tidak mengalami diabetes, dan 31 responden (51 7%). ) adalah ibu paritas dengan preeklamsia kecil. Dari temuan tersebut disimpulkan bahwa umur dan paritas berhubungan dengan kejadian preeklamsia, sedangkan kehamilan kembar dan diabetes tidak berhubungan dengan kejadian preeklamsia. Terakhir, disarankan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk menggunakan metode penelitian lain seperti kualitatif dan menambahkan lebih banyak variabel seperti mola hidatidosa atau jarak kebuntingan dalam penelitian selanjutnya.
Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, covering all the development experienced in preparation for adulthood. Misinformation about sex can result in a person's knowledge and perception of the ins and outs of sex itself being wrong. Knowledge of reproductive health is indispensable to society, especially the adolescent population. The main purpose of reproductive health is to provide comprehensive reproductive health services to individuals and their partners, especially adolescents, so that each individual can aim to undergo the reproductive process. The method used in this study used counseling or direct socialization with the target, namely adolescents. The specific goal is to find out the adolescent's knowledge of reproductive health. The results showed that reproductive health counseling for adolescents is going well and is carried out by the goal, and adolescents are very enthusiastic about counseling, and very beneficial for adolescents and society. In conclusion, Counseling activities have a positive impact on adolescents and society to realize increased awareness of adolescents about how to maintain reproductive health. It is expected to be additional information about the importance of knowledge about productive health.
Participation in family planning will contribute significantly of population growth and treatment of reproductive. Factors that cause low men in the KB-lack of knowledge, the husband's attitude about ignorance and practice and the understanding that KB affairs is a woman's business. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of husband knowledge about contraceptive methods MOP (male surgery method) with the attitude of the husband in the KB MOP work area Health Center Sei Heat Batam Year 2017. This research is an analytical descriptive with cross sectional Sampling using purposive sampling method. This study was conducted in May-June 2017 with the number of respondents as many as 99 people. Data analysis using Chi-Square technique.From the resear ch result, the majority of husbands with less knowledge are 43 people (43,4%) and majority of husbands have negative attitude that is 66 people (66,7%). From the statistical test results obtained p = 0,000 <0,05 then there is a relationship between the husband's knowledge about KB MOP with the attitude of the husband in the KB MOP. It is expected that Sei Panas Health Center to provide health education to the husbands, especially about KB MOP MOP contraception
