The traditional paradigm of engineering education is not well suited to handle the ambiguity & high rate of change the Industries are facing currently. Only 30% of theory learn't in class is applicable in Industry or in Career. Whatever may be the physical infrastructure the engineering Institutions provide, it is intellectual asset i.e., human resource (faculty members) are the most crucial factors in the engineering education process. With rapid globalization, Institution should prepare the students to become future Entrepreneurs. This paper tries to elicit information about the drawbacks of the engineering education from observation & aiming at giving inputs to prepare new strategies to cater to the needs of challenges of tomorrow in engineering education in order to gain competitive advantage.
In this article, a compact unequal, planar Wilkinson power divider with ultra-wideband operation is proposed. The composed power divider having the size of 11.6 mm × 18.5 mm. It consists of one input and two output branches with individual resistive values. Two isolation resistors are used to provide better isolation between the two output ports. The impedance values of each transmission branch and isolation resistors is varied based on the output power division ratio i.e. (P2/P3). The ADS package simulated results of the designed unequal WPD satisfy the operating range (S11 ≤ -10 dB) from 2.5 GHz to 18 GHz and isolation are obtained over the entire frequency of operation.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
