Oyster mushrooms are a food ingredient that people prefer, it has significant nutritional value for health. Based on findings indicating there are various issues with consumer considerations when choosing to purchase a product. The process of selecting a product in accordance with customers' needs and desires is known as a purchasing decision. Food product quality and price are the affecting factors of purchasing decisions. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this research were all people have purchased at Rachmat Purnama Farm/ The samples taken were 60 respondents using a accidental sampling technique to determine the respondents' responses to each variable. The type of research analysis used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, F test, t test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions and that the price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions and the product quality and price have a significant effect on the purchasing decisions. The test of coefficient of determination shows that there is a quite close relationship between the product quality and price with the purchase decisions.
